Its WORST Restaurant I have ever experienced in Kolkata!Today their Food Quality and Fake promise compelled me to write so in this Review.I ordered 2 Galda Chingrir Malai Curry (Prawn Malai Curry) from the restaurant today in lunch via Zomato.The Prawns which I got delivered after 2 hours by the Restaurant was fully rotten. By seeing the same in the attached picture one can easily say its decayed. The foul smell from the food was intolerable. The prawns were half black (rotten) which might have been bought few days back. How can a Restaurant after charging Rs 310 for 2 Prawns, send Rotten food?Request everyone to NEVER order or visit this Restaurant, they never care for their Customers.Today I heard from the Delivery boy too that there has been many cases of complaint against the Restaurant due to several reasons.Zomato, Swiggy and other food delivery partners should ban this restaurant from their list.I ordered the food from Zomato but it was packed with Uber Eats tag.I informed the Restaurant owner too about the Food quality. The person assured me that he will send someone to my home to collect the rotten food and deliver fresh food in evening. But no one called or visited my place for the same and not even received my calls in the evening.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.I had never experienced such Horrific experience of Food order in my life!

The quality of food is deteriorating day by day , we have started having meal their from 2018 April and in this 1 year it has become worst, though the price is reasonable . Mainly the Bengali cusine has effected .

Food quality is not so bad. Price is affordable no doubt. They also deliver through food panda. Its no doubt good if you go there. But sometime the quality of food is not up to the mark if you get delivered from them. Otherwise I shall recommend it to people for sometime.

When I ordered the food it came in a disgusting condition after that when I started eating the rice was not good enough the ordered foods for the dishes They were less in quantity fishes were completely Dotixed and they were on the edge of decomposing it was on the table and the and the packing quality was more than disgusting. My dog eats better food than this. Would suggest everyone not to order ever from this hotel, moreover when i tried to talk with them about this the feedback was shameless.

Worst place ever. I visited this place second time. This experience was worst than ever. I visited here todayWe ordered tandoori roti with chicken tikka masala and Kashmiri pulao. Believe me it took them more than 45 mins to bring food in our table. The chicken Tikka masala was over priced for RS.200 and it was hardly 200 grams of chicken in that dish and over that the chicken was so hard. I think it was kept in storage for more than a week it taste like hell.Apart from that they do not provide normal water it is compulsory to have mineral water here. They will not provide any glasses for drinking water at that time you have to ask them twice may be thrice for it then you might get.I would request you guys if you want to eat good food please dont visit here. You will get many more resturant near this place. Please dont go here.

I had the most horrible experience with food ordered from Swarnachura.I had ordered a special non veg thali and a chicken thali through zomato.To my surprise, for 2 thalis, they delivered only 1 plate of rice.........further they did not deliver the chicken curry at all. On calling them, they were very rude and said that they cudnt do anything. Consequently, a senior citizen cudnt have her full lunch......which was most unfortunate.To make matters worse, they put an abnormally high quantity of salt in the ilish bhapa.........i had to throw the entire dish away. The quantity of the vegetables were too negligible as well......On the whole, my 1st experience with Swarnachura was an absolute nightmare...........their rudeness made it worse. Needless to add, there will never be a 2nd experience with this joint.........for their food.........but more importantly for their ill-behaviour........i will never forget dat my mother had to go without her lunch.......most unfortunate.

Very slow in servicing. My order was delayed by 2 hrs and i had to wait in empty stomach. When called restaurant they were not receiving the phone, later when received ,they told there was no order with my name although my order was placed and confirmed by the resturant. Instead of their fault they told me to deal with zomato. What the hell!!

I really had a bad experience wid this restuarant ,I have ordered chilii chicken via swiggy n they hv taken almost 2 hrs 2 make that ,n the main thing is that the chickens were not fresh they hv a bad smell

Not very good food. Quality is not up to the mark. What is worst, is their non-professional attitude, and their rude behaviour to their customers. They charge Rs.110/- for 1 plate Vetki Paturi and it contains just 1 piece fish which scantily weighs 50 grams. For 1 plate Mutton Curry they charge Rs.170/- which contains 4 pieces of mutton each weighing 50 grams. So poor is the quantity of their food. Please never visit this place or never even order home delivery from this place. The worst restaurent in Dum-Dum.
