This shop is situated at Ultadanga, near Bidhannagar Road Rail station. I regular eat here, the food items are just awesome, you will feel the original South Indian taste, the preparation of all dises so carefully-neat and clean. The items are so pure, fresh and genuine. The service are so fast and good. All the prices are very reasonable.Only one thing that makes you uncomfortable is the space of the shop, it is so narrow and there is no seat like a restaurant, the place is very conjusted. Parcel system available.

Kolkata is a place where its very difficult to find good south Indian food. But, this place is a heaven for south Indian food lovers. The taste is awesome. Price is very cheap. And most importantly, the coconut chutney is just awesome here. I can guarantee you that you wont have any complaint against the taste. But, the downside is that this place has very little sitting arrangements. Good for a quick bite, but not good if you want to sit and enjoy your food.

However, this place surely lacks space but the quality of food served here is just too good and at such a resonable price . Mostly office goers drop by for a quick bite. Always crowded. All the staffs are south indians. Basically, the entire shop is taken care by south indians.If you are a dosa lover then you must visit this eatery for sure.

One of the best places to eat South Indian food especially Dosas. I really have eaten Dosa in most places in Chennai, Bangalore and Calcutta, but this place is small in size but really big and tasty in serving food. The shop is very small and clumsy for sure ,but as they say dont go for size 😎 its how it can perform . Here the case is exactly the same. its a very old south indian veg (except onion)food center,i used to come here with my father at my childhood and since then except few staffs and price chart nothing has changed yet.the food quality is super nice ,anyone can guess it by the rush at any time and i dnt know how but aginst their overall presentation they maintain a good hygiene as i never got any stomach problem after eating there so far. So yea i will recommend it if you r nearby and need some fast food.

Its a tiny old fashioned outlet with smallest space for standing and taking food only for maximum 4 people at a time. Yet the best food delivered according to its taste at such affordable cost for the middle class pedestrians near Hudco More beside CIT road. It delivers Plain and Masala dhosa, dahi vada and few other south indian dishes. The outlet is always overcrwoded despite of its inadequate space.

Without a doubt, this is the best (and smallest!) South Indian restaurant in Kolkata. The dosas are perfect every time and are served with the most delicious sambhar and coconut chutney. No more than a metre wide, you may have to queue here during peak hours but it is most certainly worth the wait. One of the true hidden culinary gems in this glorious city!
