I ordered this pomfret tandoori from this restaurant and the cost of the fish is 289 rs. When I called to the restaurant the owner told me they serve 100 grams of fish. Is it look like 100 grams??????????? They served a tiny fish which is not even the size of the aluminium foil!!!!!! And now coming to the behaviour point....!The owner was soo rude and his behaviour was like as if he gave the fish in free.And the best part of the same is upon asking how can you do that ? He replied Supplier only gave like this.Complaint is not the option, but for the Hospitality and food services you must be with best services.

This place has been launched 2 weeks back and theh are serving some very pocket friendly Indian dishes and combos too for the office-goers in New Town. This is located at Downtown Mal which is opposite to UEM College. Poor quality of food as well as customer service .I was asked to elaborate by the owner. I would like to point out the following -1. Very poor service quality. Theres essentially no one to attend to a table . For every little thing you have to holler out to the person sitting at the counter , much like a Shana2. The staff serving you are not responsive , in fact they look quite put off when called.3. The third issue is quality of food. Last visit about a month back everything seemed to have a stock gravy . Latest visit the biryani was loaded with turmeric. You seriously need to look into the quality of food being prepared4. Lastly , there seems to be a perpetual argument between the kitchen staff. It would not matter as long youd insulate your customers from the banter

Best place to dine out in downtown

First time i got this experience from a restraurant.On 28th February 2020 at 1:30am i ordered a chicken fried rice and what i got was a dead worm from my chicken fried rice.

Good ambience, courteous staff, quality of kebabs were not upto the mark

Worst place to eat, Pathetic customer service.Took 45 minutes to prepare the order and veg soup arrived in the place of chicken soup.Soup tastes like made up of Vinegar and Water.Dont dare to try this restaurant.

Smelly stale Chowmein was on our plate ...donno who is enjoying this food but I was literally in tears at 11 pm...for relying on these unprofessional ppl!! But they are truly creative wid words🤣

Its a tiny place and very crammed where a single shop has been converted to restaurant.If you stand roof is nearly touching your head. Kitchen is attached to the tiny sitting area and you get to hear noise from the kitchen.I could here a loud noise coming from some grinder machine.Service at the restaurant is a big letdown, we were the second table that was occupied but it took them about 1 hour to serve food. Manager Azaad was busy serving his friends and even though they came 20 mins late than us,their order was priortized and we were made to wait. They need to overhaul their management team so that guests are delighted rather than being upset at the poor service,Food is oily and stale and my kids suffered stomach upset after having food here.Eat at home rather than having food here,

From the starters cheese kebab was amazing, full of cheese and kebab was very soft.Shahi paneer is the highly recommended from me. Definitely you should try that with the butter naan.Biryani was light and flavorful.The ambiance was beautiful. Overall a good place.

Pathetic place to have food within Downtown Mall.Even though this place boasts of array of cuisines , most of the common dishes are unavailable though displayed in the menu card ( Chowmein , chicken bharta)The staff just tells the customer to choose between Biriyani and a few .One has to ask repeatedly for drinking water .The card swiping machine too exists for the sake of its name .Overall service and professionalism wise one can visit only once .
