The staff behavior was not something you accept from Zara. They could not guide us and when we asked for an item they confirmed that it is nof available but while we looked around we found it. The incident happened for many other items too and they kept pushing towards ordering things from online. It was a very bad experience most of the clothes were missing price tags and they were not properly kept of ironed. The store have deteriorated since the past one year.

My most favorite store in one of my most favorite malls. Live for Zara! White , clean ambience. New launched pieces stacked and racked with opulence and meticulous design. It reminds me of Zara London or Zara Spain. Helpful staffs, releases collection pretty fast every week. The best part is you can shop online, hop into the store and pick up your order without any hassle... 10/10 experience at Zara kolkata

High quality clothing wear , with formal to casual wear . Price range is moderate to high but the quality and unique colour palette of the clothing wear does pays off.

Located in the backside of the ground floor of South City Mall this is the only outlet of ZARA in Kolkata...with a wide range of formal wear ,casual wear and winter wear this store is the perfect site for luxury at affordable price...I like their perfume range over any other company as the smell is subtle and price starts from as low as Rs 390 for 12 ml

This is a very good brand. In ZARA you can get many types of clothes and other things. Their cloth quality and their cloth design is too much unique and very good. From women to men everyone can get the best thing from here. They have a very good and unique collection.

A world class brand and one of the best contemporary and most sorted out apparel stores in the city of joy. Great collection. However the stocks are sometimes outdated compared to the Delhi and Mumbai stores. They keep old products but yet their demand stays pretty good. However the the post purchase and customer relationship services isn’t good at all. The staffs don’t how to properly cooperate and communicate when there’s an issue with payment or anything. Their finance department at the headquarters is as good as not existing.

I had purchased a garment and returned it. As per your policy you said it would be refunded to me and the credit card details would show within two days. 9 days have elapsed and there has been no refund. Nobody is picking up the phone too. Very disappointed with your services.

Worst behavior of an employee named Ruma and AsifThere is no where it was mentioned about ladies trial section where as on giving them a feedback on putting a tag there, the staff gets into an argument and dont appreciate the feedback shared. They gets into a defensive mode all together.This kind of staff behavior is not what I would expect from Zara.

Not to mention, as everyone already knows, is that the quality of the designs of the outfits are better than the outfits in other shops with similar price range.What people dont know is, you wont really have a hole in your pocket while buying sometimes, as there are GREAT SALES almost all over the year. I recently got a 3990 dress in 790 only. So.❤️

Trousers and shirts were awesome. soft but need to take care of them as normal wash can ruin them. yeah the price tag is much higher. I normally prefer buffalo, umbro, Lee Cooper just for the cost perspective.

I visited your store but couldn’t exchange since bill was not handy with me. Ironically, Its much better for kids than it is for adults.Plus, I dont know if only I have felt it ; women entering Zara like to fondle with the leopard attires a tad too much. It really looks ridiculous.

Worst store ever!!!The store receives my order through Zara app where I mentioned my address clearly stating my house number and everything in details. It’s been one month that theyrecieve my order while I don’t even receive a single call from there end. Instead I gave them a call after a month since I have already paid for the product and did not get any notification, the manager himself ask me to collect the product from NE part of India to Kolkata... Ridiculous!!! Really upset with the customer care.

Runway clothes for cheap. Fast fashion is taking over the world and Zara is on the forefront of it. The quality of 60% of the items is better than a lot of local brands. But not everything is great. Most of their shirts are viscose material and not cotton. The winter stuffs are really great though. Compared to runway clothes Zara is cheap but for a middle class person it may not be very cheap. But its good to have Zara in Kolkata, people will be more fashionable now. But it does come with a price. The more we consume products, change our wardrobe month after month a lot of our clothes will end up in landfills and its really bad for the environment. Always buy what you need, think about the environment. Fast fashion is a boon and a curse at the same time.

This is an expensive store however some of the perfumes are too good. I visit the store usually during sale for apparels and mainly to buy the perfumes. They are awesome!

The worst delivery you can ever expect at the south city outlet. They dont even fold the clothes properly, doesnt even steam iron the product even after multiple request, rather they say we will deliver the product this way, if you have to take it take it, else leave it. I was surprised by their behaviour.

Off course going by an international brand name “ZARA” , people are rushing to this store located at south city mall Kolkata, I m really doubtful on whether the reviews are fake.1) I recently went to their south city store to exchange a brand new TShirt I got Coz I got a wrong size .I was gifting it to someone else. But despite having any “noticeable defects/and or issues the manager refused to exchange. I still don’t know what to do with the wrong size T-shirt2) They have huge collection but the sale items are sometime stained and rubbish ,, I don’t know why ZARA india puts up them in the first placePeople think twice before spending your hard earned bucks on “JUST ANOTHER OVERHYPED “shops .They surely don’t deserve your money !!!Regards

Zara is originally from Spain. Just visited their store in south city mall few days ago, and I must say I have a unique and international standard garments available in their closet and prices are reasonable too.Higely impressed and kudos.

I visited Zara in South city mall Kolkata. The variety of clothes was as usual,good. What disappointed me was the snobbish attitude of the staff. They are very unhelpful and disrespectful. The staff attending to the ladies changing room was a male staff . This is unacceptable especially taking into consideration the fact that they dont let the female guardians enter with the teenage girls and hence force us to strut infront of the male staff and the gents in the waiting room. It was a pathetic experience and totally uncalled for.What is more is that the behaviour of your staff is very rude . This is not expected from Zara. We have been to Zara stores in many places in Europe and also in Gurgaon but never have we experienced such atrocious customer service. Is this the speciality of South city Kolkata?Is this how you provide your sevices ?Forget about encouraging us to buy your products ...your staff doesnt even have the courtesy to be polite nor smile. Why is your staff arrogant? Its like they are sitting on a high chair looking down upon the others...why such an attitude ?Disgusting....Very disappointed

Wanted to give one star but it would be unfair as zara products are the best.The customer service at the billing counter is just plain PATHETICThey dont know what they are doing and always look blank.Went to exchange a tshirt and i took out the price tag(which they require it to be attached during exchange) its my fault i know but the reason they didnt accept it was the person smelled the shirt and said its been washed...lol how pathetic is it?Hope to see some better customer service in the future
