This area has a serious water logging problem and for this reason Branch and ATM services affected badly! Customers are suffering! Also the ATM counter is too small and unhealthy! Immediately shifting the Branch to a new good location.

Myself Nilkantha Nandy, I live at Sodepur Ghola , Kolkata 700111, working at AMRI Hospital, Mukundapur, Today at 15:21( 3:27PM) through ATM Card of Allahabad Bank, of Bhagatin, Gariahat Road, I withdrawal few about from IDBI Bank Sodepur Branch, after withdrawal I left the card of ATM Machine, after about half an hour when I remembered I go back that ATM Counter and asked the on duty staff a madam, I dont know her name, she told the On duty security staff, security staff answered me one Allahabad Bank card is left there, I requested for returned card me, On duty Mam told me after documents submitted you will taken your card, but unfortunately in spite of submitted my documents they are not return me my card, I am really discouraged regarding this matter, sorry to share,

Its a Public Sector Bank, but promptness of its service is felt to be of a Private Sector Bank, like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank.... Its FD or RD rate generally is relatively always higher than that offered by any other commercial bank. Above all, dealing of the branch officials are so cordial that they are apparently felt to be our family friends.....

The bank professionals are too good and the bank is systematic as its name. But the branch of this bank has no locker facility.

Worst customer service ever seen.

Services offered through the bank is not only for IDBI customer, this branch provide service for all.In those days (cancellation policy of Rs 1000.00/ 500.00 ) when were suffering for cash less condition and rush to ATM at that time only this branch of IDBI BANK served excellently to us and provided better service for the people, (although it is a private sector bank) compare to the nationalised bank.

Good, friendly atmosphere.
