Stuffs are untrained and not helpful at all. I went for switching from Vodafone postpaid to prepaid and they ported my no. to Idea saying that both are same now. Now there is no VOLTE.They took an initial recharge amount and gave a contact no. to call when the switch will be done the initial recharge will be done. But they are not answering and after sometime they cut the call and switched off the phone.I am traveling and not able to use one of my numbers due to these irresponsible stuffs.Vodafone-Idea must take an action on these irresponsible people.

Its a mini store what more to expect from them. Vodafone Representative is very helpful tough.
