Alia, the owner is the most unprofessional person I have come across. big at making promises and pathetic at delivering. her team does not pick calls or respond, they made big promises while taking money. I ordered an outfit for karvachauth and it did not reach me, I tried calling multiple times and they did not answer any calls. seriously exhibitions should consider banning them, they are unprofessional and pathetic.

EXTREMELY WORSE! They have no contact number to be contacted on. Took 25K in advance from my mom for a dress in an exhibition and were supposed to courier us the parcel within 10 days. Its been more that 3 months but Im unable to even reach them out. Seems Scammers.Wont Recommend. If anyone has contact details please post it.

The clothes shown in the exhibition where very good and on basis of that I placed an order to them. After we selecting my dress the measurements where taken to make the dress according to my fitting. When I received the dress had sleeves which I didn’t see in the dress I had selected and the fitting is so bad.

Had the worst shopping experience with them. Placed an order in March and it’s June already, I haven’t received my order. In spite of multiple follow ups they don’t take customer value seriously and are not at all professional. Will never shop with them ever again. Such businesses should be banned from wedding asia totally. Really disappointed.

Extremely unsatisfied with the work. Got a lehenga custom made from them... They messed up with everything possible... The size, the colour, finishing.. Everything was horrible. I was so looking forward for this dress, but eventually it was not wearable and i had to hunt for a new dress at the last minute. On top of it they are so unprofessional, never answer your call.

They are the worst people to put your trust in it has been 2 months since the order neither have they delivered the dress nor do they answer calls or messages. Now that I have read the previous review such persons and businesses should be banned from Wedding Asia and other such exhibitions.

We got 3 wedding dresses made from them for my family.. they sent a wrong order, 1 was very bad fitting.. when we tried to contact them, they never responded.. they had delayed the order delivery by almost 1 month.. we bumped into them in another exhibition and then again they did not rectify the problem.. now their phones are also always off..

Worst boutique ever..I ordered a dress 2 months ago from a well reputed exhibition in Dubai which was to be delivered in a month but still not received and no response from Pink Mirror. I had to wear it for a wedding and dont know if I will even get the order ever. Their phone is off since a month and even before that they were never responsive. Extremely dissapointed - money and heart both lost. There should be a process to notify such businesses and force them to close for cheating customers.

I booked one dress from them there in Chandigarh Hayatt regencyThey promise to deliver on time of 1 month. But they took your order, they hardly give heed to answer your call and reply your message. Now after so many calls and messages when we receivedvour package, firstly this packaging was so bad and the fitting was not at all upto the mark also they give you the the same dress shown in exhibition wore by many people .The regret is only this that I didnt read there reviews before bubuying.Worst worst place.

When it comes to their professionalism they are horrible. One of their team members abused me for asking about the status of my dress, it was delivered a month later than the date actually requested for. Super expensive, bad quality of fabric, sizing was not right, the pattern ordered for was not right. Absolutely nothing was right.The dress was for my wedding event and I am from Bangalore and the team denied sending my courier. They are really the worst place to go to!

I had booked from them in Feb and the pandemic struck in Mar. It was due to be delivered in Apr. but neither did they call to inform nor pick my calls. In July, Alia called and said it will be delivered in Aug. One-two more communications here & there and nothing reached me. It is Dec now and theyve stopped taking calls and make excuses everytime I do. Close to a year, neither do I have the dress, not my money. Pathetic service.

An average place where one can find not too expensive clothes but the fabrics used are not upto the class.For a budget of 15k one can find a good formal wear and the place is finely decored with a good trial room.

One of the worst experiences In service ... The staff there namely... was so disrespectful over the phone for asking the progress of the dress we have given. They delayed the delivery of the product by a month. They made us feel helpless and harassed us during the time of our wedding.My request for everyone is not to go ahead with these people for any thing. Last but not the least the final cloths they gave us was so bad we have to throw it away. It costed us close to 1,00,000 which was all such a waste.

Please dont ever buy from them... worst experience ever.... almost after one month they deliver and that too the fitting is hopeless... i have called them several times.. they have stopped picking up my call... after charging so much price... this should not have been the case... please beware

I like their stuff and I have purchased it twice from exhibitions in Bangalore . It is amazing but 3 star is for their poor communication. You always need to chase them for your stuff and they take months to respond. I faced fitting issues as well in one of the dresses.

Worst experience! I made them note down the date I needed to wear the dress I bought from the exhibition from them. They delivered 15 days after the event was over. And kept giving wrong information on the phone. They treated me so badly over a phone. And after I received the dress. It was a wrong size completely. I’m small size, they took my size ( the reason they took so long) because it has to be my size. I got XXL size. So so disappointing! Such a bad decision to make full payment in advance and get such a bad dress and service. These people really troubled me a lot!

I met Alia from Pink Mirror in the Jahan Exhibition at Taj, Delhi .... at first I was skeptical about ordering it from a distant place like Kolkata for my sister on the occasion of my wedding especially when we were running short of time but Alia was really helpful in customising the design as well as the colour ... I received my outfit yesterday and it is exquisite... from the embroidery to the colour combination and even the cloth .... thanks a lot Pink Mirror for making my sister look pretty

The piece you try in the exhibition and the one that is delivered has a different fit... the delivered piece has many changes and they wont even notice it until you dont tell them..please dont disappoint customers ... They trust you and pay you..

They​ placed a stall in exhibition named YUVANA in indore, we purchased a dress cost 18000..paid full in cash.When we received the garment it was in horrible condition..not fitted properly according to the measurements.When we call them they were not recognising us firstly, they didnt responded well...we were left with the ill-fitting dull dress.They were really not bothered abt the dress..I strictly recommend pls dont waste your precious money on them... Dont buy any stuff from them...you will regret...Exhibition with such great name should not allow such fraudsters brand to exhibit.

I have ordered one piece from KARA Exhibition from The Punk Mirror stall and it delivered with lots of follow upsAlso note that as soon it has been Dry cleaned just once, complete thread work color has changed and even Material also teared.not at all worth of price.
