Order stuck from last 5 months. Each time their customer care lady gives a new date but never ships. After paying upfront full amount online waiting for shipment! If you cancel the order they will deducted 20%. They have published terms on website also that that delivery will be delayed basis any festival so it well covers them.Don’t go on the positive reviews!Post Delivery:After 6 months wait finally delivered a broken and low quality wood product and their remedy suggested by them is to use a hammer to fix!

We ordered a TV unit and a coffee table. Both have excellent Finish. We visited their website which is very user friendly. The staff is very polite. There were many good options available on the portal. Very accurate dimensions, good quality wood and option to select type of wood color before ordering. Can compare it with our experience with local furniture stores. Other portals do not offer customization and choice of finish. Time taken but then good things come to those who wait.

I have ordered twice from sunrise and both times the experience has been good. Yes, the orders do take time to be delivered, however you are informed that it would take 6-8 weeks for the delivery. I have bought a study table, pretty sturdy one. Recently a book case, side cabinet and am awaiting the delivery of shoe rack. So far I havent had any major issues with the products. The side cabinet requires some minor fixing up which they have promised to do it. The advantages I have found with sunrise is that, you can customize your order, which not many others entertain. Also, we can time the delivery at your convenience, they accommodate that. If required I will certainly consider them for my next buy.

I bought a Shoe rack first, it is a solid piece of furniture which cleared my doubts regarding the product quality. Excellent quality product made from sheesham wood. It was packed very well and came with no damage. The seller was very polite and quick to respond to any queries. Chairs came fully assembled and my husband had to only tighten the table leg screws. The nut/bolt and spanner both were provided by seller. Product is eye-catching and just fantastic.The built quality of the table and chairs are robust and excellent. Thetimberguy.com is not my favorite online store but yes its a store where you can buy quality furniture for your daily usage. But now I can say this is my one of the preferable furniture store.I ordered Chest Of Drawer from them which is a unique design. I love the craft, the wood& the packaging of the product. The delivery time they took was okay, there was no follow up when they dispatched the product but it arrived at my doorstep undamaged Thankfully.The overall communication was good. My order was placed for bar chair in September and was given ETA of 8 weeks. Upon 6 weeks I was told to wait and even after 8 weeks they took time due to Diwali offs. After 12 weeks of wait the lady who answers the calls and email didnt have any answers about shipment .I am still waiting for an update after 3 months of order(order# 3464).First I read all the review on google and lot of them had written issues related to deliver and I was still thinking that it may be some random review with poor rating.But after experiencing in person I felt google review dont lie. However I will still give them 5 star coz I got my order after 3 and half month and its amazing to see the finish of the product .Its worth the wait but the vendor should set realistic time lines for delivery so that we are ready accordingly

The make of the cot is really good and superb. You can go for it without thinking twice ,better than cots available in the local market. Delivery is good,overall nice product. May be if it is seen and purchased , we can get even better finish.

I ordered the product 3 months ago and it was delivered today. Though the product is very impressive in terms of quality, build and price, the real challenge I faced was in terms of communication.No communication of any sort is initiated by them. I had no problem with the extended timeline for the product to reach me but it would be appreciated if they had communicated the delay. I would call the customer care where she would tell me that I will receive an email that evening regarding the query I had. Why is there a customer care if I can’t receive any information through it? If I didn’t receive an email from them I would have to call again the next day. I tried communicating through email but I wouldn’t receive a reply for days and I had to call customer care to tell that I have mailed them and that’s when I would receive a revert. Even after being very patient and polite the lady on the customer care spoke rudely after being called a few times for genuine concerns.Sunrise International, please improve your communication factor cause that was the only low point. Proactive status notification would make the experience better.The Chest of Drawers I ordered looks amazing and exactly as shown on the website. The quality seems great too. I hope you improve upon what I’ve mentioned above. I would want to purchase more items from you if the necessary changes are made. Thank you!

I ordered a bed and a dining table(2 huge purchases) and this was my first time buying from Sunrise International. I was really impressed with the range of products they have to offer(across a wide price range). The delivery timelines are the only drawback in my opinion, thought to be honest they do mention on the site that it will take at least 8 weeks for the delivery.The products are packed really well, and delivered in the exact same state as they are shown on the site. The quality of table as well as stool is really good, heavy in weight with good finish and comfortable seats.Best thing is you will have to remove the stools seat cloth and change it as per your choice.

We bought a dining table for our house at approx 30k. The delivery came 1 week before of the expected date of delivery. Sunrise International has good and fast delivery service.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Sunrise as they provided high quality finished products to the right customized specifications on time and at reasonable prices. So I looked around for a while for a nice minimal fancy mod bed thats low in height, didnt find anything i liked until this piece.Ths one i found on sunrise is as good as it looks, with a classy teak finish. Wasnt a hassle assembling it. Goes well with a heighted mattress.

This is one product we really wanted to write feedback. We placed the order during Republic day sale, and it was delivered on 8th of February. It was shipped from Jodhpur in a well packed condition. You need someones help to open the boxes which is understandable. Assembly is straight forward. The quality of the table and chairs are robust and excellent. it has really enriched the dining area. We have seen similar set in local market and believe me this dining set is much superior to what we saw in local market. There is a small crack on one of the chair legs, but we assume that comes in the wood formation and does not seem like a deeper cut. No second thought we will keep it. We are extremely happy with the overall shopping experience. Friend of mine is also got the same set recently and they are happy too. Just go for it if this is something you are searching to buy.

I am so happy with this purchase on TTG. The sofa was delivered in 15 days i.e way before delivery time. Packaging was very good. Installation was quite simple and we were able to assemble it without much hassle. When we opened the package i was completely surprised to see such a beautiful product. Its worth buying and very comfortable to sit. The width of the sofa is extremely good and comfortable. Wood is real sheesham and finishing is too good. Cushions are good as well. I had ordered a 4-seater dining table from here and I have had the worst customer experience with this seller.In India where you have so many online portals to order furniture, please dont ever choose Timberguy.Even though the scheduled delivery time is 8-12 weeks, they delivered my product after 5 months of ordering. They put a lot of scenarios under their terms and conditions due to which nothing ever is their fault.In terms of communication, they are extremely rude in the way they communicate with their customers. And once you have paid in full, you will have no choice but bear with their rude attitude.In terms of delivery, they have the most unreliable delivery partner Gati. With my order, they messed up with the pin code and the delivery was delayed. When I tried contacting timberguy, they said a delay of few days from the assured delivery date as per the courier website is very normal in India and left it at that. I had to call Gati some 20 times to get my correct address updated and get the product delivered.After so many hassles and delays, I finally received the product, but one of the dining chair was damaged. The leg of the chair was broken in half. I immediately complained to them but it took them another 7 days to get the product picked up from my place.I finally received the repaired product today and the chair is already making noise. They have merely repaired the chair and sent it back without checking the quality properly.Its been over 6 months of placing the order and paying in full and finally I have received the complete order with a damaged chair.I would recommend the customers to never opt for this seller.

I have purchased several furnitures from Sunrise International and extremely satisfied with the quality, price and delivery.They have even supported to keep the shipment ready furniture with them for 4 months due to the pandemic.Finishing, ease of assembling and above all the packaging. Just everything is perfectThe only challenge I had is to get some queries answered over the phone. But it was answered over emails.

Worst , absolutely worst!Its been 3.5 months since I placed the order for a solid wood bed. Order number 3488. The product has not been dispatched and they never update status from their end. Each time, it takes several calls and emails post which they reply that the product will be dispatched after a month. They seem to be absolute cheats to me!

My search for authentic wooden furniture came to a stop at Sunrise. Looking for a few rustic furniture options for my family home, I must have went through several websites. But it was these elegant designs by Sunrise that caught my attention. The team at the other end was very responsive as they tried to incorporate as many requirements as they could in the final product. And the execution was equally swift and satisfactory. The finishing on all the items I bought were exceptional and I felt the money was well spent. Kudos, Sunrise! Appreciate your work and service.

Very poor customer service, I ordered two product in June and paid advance only got one product yet and I am reaching them on call and emails but no reply , highly unprofessional and unethical. There are better option like insaraf , who might be little expensive but very high quality of service. Very disgusting team they have

Very unprofessional, no commitment whatsoever. I ordered a table 2 months ago and still get a response that its in making! I especially requested that if the process could be expedited little faster than the committed time (which has already passed anyway) since it was for official use, still no sign of shipment. It feels like, when you order, they plant a tree to make your furniture out of it. If you have got all the time in the world then this is the place to order from!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not reply to emails or take phone calls. They take your money then after 14 weeks decided they do not want the job and supposedly refund without even talking to you. I would never recommend them to anyone. Excuse after excuse followed by cancellation without consultation. Appalling customer service.

This is one product we really wanted to write feedback. We placed the order during Republic day sale, and it was delivered on 8th of February. It was shipped from Jodhpur in a well packed condition. You need someones help to open the boxes which is understandable. Assembly is straight forward. The quality of the table and chairs are robust and excellent. it has really enriched the dining area. We have seen similar set in local market and believe me this dining set is much superior to what we saw in local market. There is a small crack on one of the chair legs, but we assume that comes in the wood formation and does not seem like a deeper cut. No second thought we will keep it. We are extremely happy with the overall shopping experience. Friend of mine is also got the same set recently and they are happy too. Just go for it if this is something you are searching to buy.

They are frauds and they dont deliver your orders. I wish I could give them ZERO stars! They have taken my money and order which was placed in June and had said it will be delivered in September first week. Whenever I contacted them, there is no response. They dont pick calls, nor do they respond to mails.In short, they are frauds who dont deliver the orders. Please dont buy from them, they will cheat you!

I had ordered a TV table in early October. There was no communication from the team about when the furniture would be delivered. I had called multiple times but I have. It received any help from the customer care. Everything was dicey and I started to believe this is a FRAUD website. The only reason I waited patiently was because of the reviews. On 17th Nov they responded to my email saying that the product would be dispatched on 29th/30th December. Today, ie after almost 3months from when I placed my order they send an email that the product cant be delivered because none of the raw materials could be arranged due to Covid scenario. Now, my question is what were they doing all this while? I am really scared because I think my money might not be refund and theres no place from where I can seek help!!!!

I ordered a bench on 10th oct 20. Till date i have not received the furniture. Its been more than 2n 1/2 months now.

Amazing furniture! We ordered the furniture for our new office. We gave all the designs and everything was custom made for us. We were surprised by the quality of furniture, it was so much better than we had expected. We ordered - Reception furniture, Tables for our 3 Conference Rooms - each with an unique design and furniture for cafeteria. The tables are very solid and sturdy with an incredible rustic finish, just the way we had envisioned. The ambassador car sofa is the highlight!The only one complain I would say was that the turnaround time was a little longer than committed but we were told that the delay was due to the monsoon which makes sense. In the end, the furniture was truly worth the wait. Would definitely order again.

Careful while ordering. Worst customer service, no body responds when you reach out as the owner always seem to be in meeting.Finally had to rause complaint with consumer forum to get the money back. Fortunate that India doesnt have laws for this else Mr Jetin will be in soup not only for busienss ethics but the way he treats people and talk over phone if by chamce he recieve it

Big time fraud company. I ordered a TV Unit in the first week of August. I never received the order in the promised time frame of 6-8 weeks. Every time I was told that there is a little delay in the order due to COVID. I understand that every business has been effected by COVID, no doubt. However why did they promise me delivery between 6-8 weeks at the time i placed my order. They should have told me then that it might take longer than normal to deliver the product due to COVID. Secondly, this company has No customer care service what soever. They dont answer the calls and the only means of communication is e-mail and that too they reply according to their own convenience.Even though they refunded my money couple of days ago but, the point is that they used my money for 3 months and without my consent. Moreover I lost the 3 months of Interest On my own money which these cons used for the same time period.PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SUNRISE INTERNATIONAL COMPANY. IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY RUN BY SOME CONMEN.

Horrible after sales service. They delayed our delivery almost by 2months from the promised date. Finally after constant follow up they gave us a fraud Gatis docket number. Iam trying to follow up and they are not even picking their phone. Bunch of Frauds sitting in thier office. Looks like a master plan to cheat their clients. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

Oderd study table for my son, was bit late in delivery due to covid but good product

Delayed delivery, alterations not honoured, poor quality, very poor customer service. Will never suggest anybody to buy from this company.

Has been one of nightmarish experience .Waited for nearly 2 months for the product to arrive .And when it came ,nearly 10 days delayed than the expected delivery the top portion of table was broken ! So we returned the delivery.I Followed up with the Company the same day . Yes , they did refund the cash after a couple of days. But for a customer , the time I waited in anticipation and the unpleasant experience of having to return stuff , going after people - having to chase them by emails to solve the issue - no body would prefer that! I would think twice before I buy again!!
