Seeing Facebook Live and YouTube, I have purchased ten saries through online. All the saries are excellent both design and quality and the price is also reasonable.The staffs are very helpful. They help me to choice the sari and deliver the items very quickly through courier. I am very much satisfied to be a customer of Adi Dhakeshwari. In future, I shall buy all saries from Adi Dhakeshwari.

Very bad experience.I had purchased 4 sarees online but they gave me two defective sarees.One I was ordered in blue they delivered in red colour and the other one is half cutted at the end. Its very disgusting shame on you .God will punish you soon.

I ve recently bought few sarees on sale and billed 10k+ few sarees were good but one saree was not pure silk but they sold me out saying pure silk but actually it was an art one when I asked fr silk mark they don’t provide even they didn’t provide silk mark with printed pure silk saree and matka too after leaving the shop I found there is tiny wholes and some disputes on those printed pure silk and matka saree. I had visited the shop 2nd time on sale and expected a lot but really disappointed this time. I request Please exchange those sarees with some quality one so we can shop from there further in future.

Behaviour was very very poor ,,Yesterday we visited Adi Dhakeshwari Store at college street . Which one is called as Goddi. We visited there to brought some of wedding collection for my sister Marriage. It was not my first visit last Four years we usually visit and and do shopping. But last night visit was horrible. Customer service person was not good at all,, they dont bother customer needs,, dont have pecans to show the varitey of sarees.. Create joke at back of the customers,, they do bluf with customers quarries. But personally I dont know Mr. Depbendu or Saha babu as MD of this Brand,, But both of them are really very good person I meet both of them in same counter . They are very good as Person very polite and always very helpful as a customer service provider to the customers. Which decoram cant maintenan by the staff of Adi Dhakeshwari College Street Its my humble request to Adi Dhakeshwari customer service desk to takecare of the customers service and satisfaction..

Amazing Saree store!I bought different kinds of saree for my wedding for Adi Dhakeswari, College Street. Benarasi, taant, baluchuri, korial benarasi, handloom, moslin and many others. My wedding shopping consists of saree from this shop. They have sarees of wide range, colour. Quality of sarees are amazing with reasonable prices.The more lovely thing is their behaviour... they are so great, humble and keeps patience in showing their products. They are so hospitable. I would love to recommend everyone to visit once and see their stocks of saree.

I visited many time and had a great experience BUT recently 8th March 2021 I went there and faced extremely rude behavior from one of staff .. I am too much disappointed.

ADI DHAKESWARI at Triangular Park , will NOT PROVIDE YOU PERMANENT CASH MEMO for any purchase. The print on the cash memo that they provide will disappear within 4 to 5 months thus cheating the public.They even refuse to provide any hand written cash memo which you can preserve for future. So unfortunate. This way the shop cheat the customer. I do not know if this is permissible legally.

I bought my marriage Benarasi saree and all other cloths from online shopping from them..but my marriage saree which costs around 15k was missing in the parcel... when I tried to call and let know why my saree is missing, they told its not their responsibility weather the products has reached to me or not. They didnt send me saree neither they return my money back..very bad behaviour on behalf of the shopkeepers. Such big shop but cheating customer like this.

ALERT! ALERT! They can fool you. Happened to me twice. Just as they realise you like a saree, theyll take it to some other room and on the basis of your liking they will price the saree. They have looted me with the double the price. First time it was just a suspicion the second time, I got a confirmation too.

Awesome place for impressing a Bengali girl. Large variety of collection. From handloom to gorgeous Benarosi, pure cotton to punjabi you name it, they will bring it on your plate.The best thing I liked about this place is the behaviour of the stuffs and owner. It was my first time purchasing from Adi Dhakeswari and that too for the most special day of my life..my wedding day. The review would not be complete if I dont share my story with all the viewers. Now,as usual all story in 2020 would start from COVID and mine too started as my trip to Kolkata from Vadodara got cancelled in May. This trip was meant to do my complete my wedding shopping so lot of plans just got hampered. My wedding is scheduled for November so I wont have a second chance to make another trip. This is where Dibyendu and Adi Dhakeswari became my saviour.. they had started there online videos and one such day I came across a very very elegant designer red bridal benarasi and I just fell in love.. I called them and requested to keep it on hold till the next day and they agreed to my surprise. Next day my father in law visited the shop and with such loving and warm welcome they handed over to him the saree and Saha jethu is such a gem of a person. He helped me throughout the process over phone because I am in Vadodara. Even the payment process was smoothly taken care of him.Words are less to express my love and gratitude.Thanks to both Saha jethu and Dibyendu..❤️And those who are waiting or is in dilemma to buy your wedding stuff..you can just close your eyes and buy it they would safely deliver it to you.

Collection is very exclusive but I am very much disappointed.. I saw their exclusive sarees in facebook and instagram and message them to show sarees.. I am from other state and due to COVID pendamic it was not possible for me to go to kolkata to purchase sarees.. I selected more bridal sarees and called for final selection and delivering.. They even gave me time but when I called no one picks.. i waited for some more days and later I purchased saree from another famous place in Kolkata online.. But adi dhakeswari s bridal saree was my 1st choice and I am very much disappointed with their customer management process..

I bought a sharee for my engagement party a few days ago. i was quite nervous because i never bought any sharee without my mom. that day i went there with my would be husband. they suggested me a yellow and pink sharee and a matching sherwani for him also. all of our relatives eulogised our dress and they asked which sharee is this? from where did you buy? 😀😀 we are really thankful for the sharee and sherwani set. quality is very nice. And finally the most surprising note is that we bought the total set for rs6000 only.( sharee+sherwani+petticoat+payajama) 😀
