Service was really great. Collection is ok. But staff behaviour and customer service was excellent. Overall had a very good experience. One of the best Yamaha bike store in south Kolkata.

Very less collection or options to choose from.. Instead must visit the showroom near Kaplikapur for a better experience.

Small showroom. They have less collection of motor bikes. May be bcos of the lockdown.

I have enquired for a yamaha bike the sale person took all the documents necessary for exchange facility and promised me that he will tell the exchange value with in an hour, but it has been 3 weeks that he has not responded... And no one from velocity motors...

Fraud.i had purchased a yamaha fzv2 in jan 2019. with an exachange of my bike pulser 135lsthey sold my previous bike without changing my name from motorvehicles. when i go to the manager . he said that he could not do anything... as his employee had cheated them. so they cant take a simple responsibility and his employees r too bad.and there are also other customers in queue who have not received their no plate certificate over a year. too much bad showroom.
