Wanted to buy cycle in exchange for a old one for my Son. The owner was very helpful and helped my son choose from a good variety of cycles and as per his need. Appropriate discounts and exchange price was given along with few complimentary accessories. My son was very happy to own a new cycle.

Very good service. I had contaminated brake pads and the brake was not working. Had already visited 2 different shops to fix this but no luck. But here in GC cycle the issue was fixed and I got my bicycle the next day. Also the collection of their bikes are just amazing. From mid range to high end all kinds are available here. They also have electric bikes . Overall a very cool shop. Would definitely give it a thumbs up

Wanted to buy cycle for long and didnt get proper replies from other stores but this store branch nailed it with explaining me details deeply about everythin for al the products of theirs. Special mention for Mukesh Singh , hez a gem of a person and very experienced guy in this field, jus go to the store and ask for his name. Other staff their including the billing department and other guys were very well behaved and helped me get my perfect 1st bike. Thank you

The employee behavior is nice only until you buy the cycle/bike after that they dont even care. They might provide you with 2 free services in 6 months but to be honest it doesnt look like they have done anything more than basic things (tyre pressure, oiling) thats it
