Cheater and pathetic service. My treadmill was not working properly. The service guy said motherboard needs repair and took it and after two days came back with it. He put it back and after service, started machine for just 30 seconds. He took INR2600 and said not to use for next 2-3 days. After that we I started it. It was not working. I logged complain and now they are saying motor is damaged. My motor was fine. I highly recommend not to use their service.

Cheater and worst service provider...survice guy told me trademills motherboard is not working without checking circuit.. thanx god i refused.Nxt day a survice guy from power break came and he checked the circuit and find out the why there was flow of current in the body of trademill,its a unit of wire touching to body..

Fitness Service Centre- another cheat service center in Kolkata with inexperienced technicians, extremely unprofessional supervisors and only greedy for money. DO NOT CONTACT THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR EQUIPMENT TO STAY IN WORKING CONDITION. Beware of Fitness Service Center. You will not get your stuff in one piece if you at all take a chance with them.

This is a fradulant company. charges Rs. 400 for inspection. Takes away equipment parts and does nothing and returns it after 2 weeks. The workers remain drunk most of the time, anyone can understand it in there voice.

This is agency (single owner) gets negative reviews, which are removed unethically, while it flaunts a rating of 5.0Satyajit uses this agency to fleece customers.I am sure my review will also be removed soon, hence I am keeping the Cyber cell informed.
