Hotel Location is excellent. Rooms are clean & hygienic. Staff are helpful and very courteous. Good services,awesome food and nice hotel.I would definitely recommend this property.

Not worth for the price they ate charging.... Yes the room is small and the bathroom is big and spaciouos..... They have amenities placed in the bathroom. Overall they should charge less ad compared to room

Kept waited for minutes to check in .... stayed for 5 times before with smooth check in. I showed them the booking and the money has been transferred from my account. though as he could not confirm the booking in his system to receive payment, he kept me waited.though the two stat is only for the charger he gave me at night. but I did came back after 2 hrs as promised but no one in the reception to hand it over. did handed over to him in the morning when he asked for it.the oval , no to you from today onwards..regardssaby

Location: Just a 10 min drive from airport and is on the main road which is easy to locate.Rooms: I chose a Premium room which was nice, clean and big enough for me. Would be ok for two people if the luggage isnt too much. Cupboard, instant tea maker is provided but no fridge. I didnt like the condition of the towels as they seemed too old. Bathroom was clean and spacious with a geyser. Dental kit, shaving kit, etc were available.Hotel staff was polite and sober. Food: The only complaint is that the complimentary breakfast which was provided had a fixed menu of just 3 items + tea/coffee. There is no separate restaurant and the breakfast was provided in the room. The taste is below average (I can prepare even better not being a professional chef) and quantity of the breakfast isnt sufficient enough to fill a kids tummy as well. I preferred to have dinner at a nearby food joint. If u r a business traveller then pls make a note that they charge u GST without providing their GST details on food bill. Thankfully I am getting my stay bill from Goibibo including the GST details.Overall I didnt find the hotel a good value for money as the standards of the hotel are just not enough to make a hefty charge as that of a 3 star hotel. It would be good enough for a short stay for a day or 2 that too for a business traveller only. I dont recommend for a stay with family.

The service is okay not much good. The food was not available on time. Whenever we ask for something we had to wait for at least 15 minutes. I didnt actually like the hotel. One of our rooms were smelling like hell. We complained for it and they told that they will resolve the issue. But after sometime they jusg forget. Lack and shortage of water in the bathroom. I was simply annoyed by the end of the day. The only reason we all were staying there because the home was near to the hotel.

Its just a Ok Hotel, close to Eco park and Airport & in Rajarhat area. Standard rooms are not worth staying, they are very small, stinking and no air circulation. Bed spreads and towels are dirty. Premium are somewhat ok and spacious, but bed spreads and towels they provide in this rooms are also dirty. Staff ( rooms boys) are well behaved and serve with smile. We were refused complimentary drinking water bottles & had to fight with the manager and we go it. they do have wifi, restaurant and the hotel is on busy road and lot of noise. This hotel is not people who are looking for clean and noise free place. This hotel is ok for a budget of less than Rs ****/- and people who want at that budget.

One of the best Botique Style corporate hotel in Kolkata near to Kolkata International Airport which is just 2 km away .... Moreover the staff is very friendly and food is simply awesome... They make authentic Bengali crusin and the room rents are very very reasonable.
