Wow!! Its a amazing place. Rs. 1200 to 2000 Rupees with breakfast. There may not be facilities like five star hotels, but their sincerity, hospitality, security system and rent, equivalent to any five star hotel. Especially at such a low rent, it is really rare to find such a good quality residential hotel.

Its not totally safe still and its under construction till now. Lifts are also not available, but just beside this TownHouse, you will get Hotel Casa, its more friendly, more healthy, more safe, but not that much hygienic (untill you tell them to clean up once, after that all is well)

You mentioned that Super Deluxe offers a lot of amenities that are not even available in your best rooms.Ever since I checked in, my experience has always been the worst.The bathrooms and toilets were not cleanedEven the bathroom seats were broken & were not cleaned properly.Rodents, roaches, & other unwanted guests were also present in the roomBedsheet and linen were dirty with a blood spots everywhere and when we said the staff to chnage they said it’s a fresh bedsheet from laundry 😂AC WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND ALSO THERE WAS WATER LEAKAGE PROBLEM AT THE MID OF THE NIGHT ,Due to which my luggage and mobile phones and wallet got wet . ( i have a proof of it )If i can post a video or image. I will definitely do that .Lastly the morning complimentary breakfast was the worst breakfast i have even eaten in my life seriously if you guys don’t want to serve or give it than plz do stop it ( just don’t give anything just in the name of complimentary or free breakfast) .I want to encourage you to improve your room service . After hearing from one of my friends I had my positive impression of your hotel but it’s totally ruined now. I found this hotel in just 664 at oyo app. Hotel is good but try not to order food from here. Its costly as well as not very good in taste.

I had booked Banquet in the premise. Fairly good to accomodate 70 to 80 people.Service was not that good. You need to get your work done and constantly see if instructions are followed. The event was on Sunday and lift broke down. It could not be repaired at all and had to continue the event without the lift facility. For aged people it was a nightmare to climb 5 floors.Kitchen facility is available in the banquet which is on the 5th floor.

The service was extremely poor, blanket, bedsheet has several spots, staffs are not professional, breakfast was not good. Pathetic experience, wrongly charged for water. Will not stay at any Oyo again.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. staff behaviour is top notch. Not matter how many times you call them they respond well manneredly. cleanliness and covid hygiene is well maintained. Rooms are modern and equipped with all amenities. overall experience is awesome.

Township is a better concept by OYO. Need attention to have user friendly slim pillows for good sleep without neck ache. Also food quality need improvement. Although it is costing high but comparatively quality is not as par. Also for this Townhouse Elevator has issue as it was not descending upto ground. Not seen adequate Fire fighting arrangement.

I travelled across India and stayed couple of Oyo collection rooms and its a good experience. For kolkata Oyo collection in new town is newly launched and their services are good. Rooms were big with enough space to move around, serves food, and has all necessary amenities. I was the one who worked night shift and still got my stomach filled with food and with their love and kindness. Money cant buy anyones nature and tell you honestly this one is different. People are kind and will do everything if you are also good and kind to them. Location is perfect for people who work from home, silent environment not noisy, has parks closeby walking distance for your family or kids to move around, has super market to shop, parlour, medical and atm if you are planning to stay for long. There is availability of transportation too in ever 15 secs, tuktuk ticksaw. In food, Chef will try to make your choice of food based on requirement, availability and your way of requesting. For me, I found the place was perfect for my family and I spent 7 days in same place. Enjoy your time too.

Simply best hotel to stay in Newtown. All stafs from receptionist to manager everybody is cordial and very respectful which is always which most important aspect for me.The rooms are great from cleanliness to amenities. They give you plates and spoon everytime you order food online and these small things mattered a lot. Breakfast was complimentary too though not that great they can improve on that. Expect that my 20 days stay was very very good.And yes Wifi is great super fast.Axis Mall, dlf galaria and very good restaurants are under 1.5kms radius or walking distance you may say. If you stay here visit or try bell pepper for food . They are great.

I have had a stay in this place with few of my friends as in this CoViD affected time, hanging out outside could potentially be risky, so we opted for an OYO, and we thought what could be better than a Townhouse. So even though the Townhouse rooms cost way more than even Capital O or OYO Flagship or Collection O rooms in same vicinity, we opted for it as we thought it would offer us the best in class facilities one could avail.Now, let us come to the detailed review. The place is situated in a nice location, near to the Water Tank No. 3 of New Town, close to New Town Bus Terminus. So reaching the place is easy. Now, the rooms are okayish. We booked two rooms, as we have four friends, though each room costs us the same amount of money, one room was bigger than the other, where as the smaller room has a huge toilet, almost as big as the room itself, if not bigger than that. Secondly, the staffs are not well trained. The restaurant facility is closed, and there is no prior information about it, nor on the app neither during the check-in. We couldnt get ice cubes, and on asking chilled water, they said it would take 30 minutes. We called them twice at a span of an hour and half, but they didnt provide it and then one of us had to go downstairs to ask for the water which was then delivered after waiting for 15 minutes more. This type of negligence is extremely unexpected. Thirdly, they didnt provide us with any Welcome Kit which is a signature OYO thing. Fourthly, the air conditioner in one of the rooms was not working properly and we informed that to the reception, but they didnt fix it. So we had to spend the night without the AC working. Fifthly, there was only one elevator and the elevator door was non-automatic, and every time someone forget it to close properly, one had to go up or down by stairs, even if they are living in 4 floor. That can be really hazardous for old people or people with luggage or someone who is in real hurry.The good things were, there was constant supply of cold and hot water in the toilet. The rooms and the lavatories are very well maintained and clean. The lighting and room decor was nice. They allow outside food and beverages and let you enjoy as you want. The complementary morning breakfast was really good to taste.But the overall experience was not that nice when we think about the pocket pinch we had. The rooms cost us almost one and half thousand per night, and for that hefty amount of money, one must provide some better staff facility, better rooms and obviously functioning ACs. I have stayed in OYOs outside Kolkata, in OYO flagship hotel and that provided a lot better service than this.I know it is a way bit long a review than one wish to read, but I think this detailed review will help one decide whether to book this place or not.Thank you. This time my experience was very bad with OYO. In my room bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket and washroom were dirty. TV was there in the room but due to because of some connection problem i was unable to use it. And even after discussing this tv problem with the receptionist my problem does not resolved.The kitchen service was also very poor i had order my dinner and even after waiting for more than one hour they had delivered uncooked food to my room.I am really very disappointed.And, I personally doesnt recommend OTH 209 Habitat Newtown, Kolkata to anyone.

I had booked for 19th Oct and also made the payment in advance. When we reached the venue it was under construction and we was not informed about that. I am very much regular here every staff know me here but still i havent got any call and then i had to stay in one of properties which was nearby and it cost me INR 2800 it was really the worst experience one can ever come across
