Internet location is completely wrong

The room was filled with cobwebs, duvet cover was not changed, floor filled with hair, and the washroom was filthy. Even after reporting it to reception the gentleman did not bother too much about it.

My experience in the hotel was disgusting to say the least.Though Goibibo was kind enough to refund half of the tariff but this could not compensate the mental agony suffered by me.I had to consult Doctor for bad bugs ,being on medication completely ruined my journey.There was a water tank in the balcony which i suppose may have caused this skin rashes. I do not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel.The staff was also rude enough to charge Rs.300 for the lost card of the room which is so easy to activate via computer.We were 2 friends staying in the same room both suffered from the same disease caused by the room.We went for a cheaper hotel that is the reason we got this type of hotel atleast we learned our lesson.I request everyone to go for a hotel that is in a good location and is not that cheap because there is something hidden behind this price.All the relevant photos are enclosed for ready reference are attached like medicals bills and skin allergies and rashes.

A very nice hotel close to bypass. Rooms are pretty big. Pricing is pocket friendly. Multiple restaurants nearby. Staff behaviour is nice. Overall a very good hotel. Recommended.

Good part of the hotel is location. Cabs are easily available. 30 mins away from airport. Most of the sightseeing places are within 5-10 KM. Highly Recommend for its locationHotel building is bit old. You can find rusting around taps in the bathroom. Room/bathroom bit small. Good for short stay.And finally, They provide drinking water in coloured bottles which I will highly recommend NOT to use. Found small particles when poured in glass even after asking for change of bottle. Bottled drinking water can be ordered otherwise.

Good location on Bypass, Kolkata. Very near yo Bypass Dhaba. Well connectivity from all around of Kolkata. Walking distance from Main bypass road.Best part is the hospitality of the stuff. Nice food arrangements with complementary breakfast.Good banquet hall for organizing meeting, party etc. Rooms are also good and finally its under budget.

Its a nice place to be in with your family, friends and loved ones and the surrounding is also very jolly so all in all a perfect place to be with. The transportation facility from this place is quite nice and you can reach anywhere in kolkata from here in quite less time and the breakfast they provide as complimentary is very awesome again they have a variety of food and I enjoyed being here.

Complementary breakfast between 8-10 am in the morning just Loved it..Small bathroom ,24hours open,quick services ,empty fridge, hot water jug available in each room,AC works well, hot water bathing is not available but bath towel chances everyday, 2 set cup & free tea is available in all rooms daily..It was nice staying here,,although a bit far from the airport ,dum dum area..costs 250 in uber from Dum dum

This place is great according to location, friendly staff, great room service. The only problem is food is not delivered by zomato, swiggy or even dominos. To cater to that they have a restaurant which serves pretty good food at an economical price.

The hotel staffs and service was good and it was worth the price.. Dont give this hotel a bad review if you get it for higher price. I got a cheaper deal so it was good at that price

The atmosphere of this hotel is not so neat and clean.Specially condition of elevator is old.Sometimes door locking facility does not work.Though the Catering system is very good with many delicious dishes. I would recommend to improve its condition more.

Located at very peaceful area beside EM Bypass....Nice hotel with all modern facility ..Rooms are clean and decorated ... Breakfast served is soo good ..Bathing water was little bit bad..except all are okk....staffs behaviour is very good and professional .....They allow outside food ..They have a outdoor pool...
