First of all the receptionist guy dont have any manner to talk with the customer.they are totally ill mannered people.if someone think that I am bluffing then please book this oyo 16892-Abhiraj Inn) get experience.the room they have given full of red small ant, whole night I got ant bite.this room is in 2nd floor,and at the time of room handover the room floor was completely damp when I complain them they told it will dry automatically.pillow cover and bedsheets are very dirty.totally unhygienic,money minded people.first of all you will not get the way to this oyo..very disgusting management are there..everytime to go outside in morning time you have to call the receptionist guy to open the main gate..and I forgot the bath towel which they have given is very dirty bad smell are coming from it..it .in my whole body I got an ant bite allergy.waist management,at the end I requested them to keep my luggage in reception area they told to keep your luggage you have to pay 400rs..I requested them and I told that I dont have any place to keep my luggage they hesitate in very bad manner..at that time I dont have any money with me ..all of the money I have given to the broker and I am in shortage of money.. still he didnt keep my luggage.sorry to say all of these things I really suffered a lot from this management

The location is the best if you need quick access to Candor Tech Park. But the rooms could have been better. But overall good experience.

I paid Rs. ... for one day. This booking was with free breakfast for two persons. But I was told in the reception counter that they have received only Rs.... and this booking is without breakfast. They raised the issue with Oyo who told that booking includes breakfast, but the lady at the reception counter informed that they cannot serve breakfast. So oyo people confirmed telephonically that they will redund Rs 219/-. But I regreat I have not receved back the amount till now. If I do not receive the amount back within 24 hours.

Worst place to stay at. Unless you want dead cheap room dont go there. I saw lizard, cockroach, spider web in room.

This hotel is getting customers through oyo but they dont show this even after check in. Located in slum outskirts area of the city,no parking, undercutting in quantity of foods. disgusting quality. Price is too high.Behavior of owner and staff is extremely greedy. They Always ready for argument.Very unfriendly. They keep knocking on your door from first day that water bill is due, food bill is due atleast two times in a day. No water purifier you have to buy from them, no television. No room service at all. Mosquitoes everywhere. Continuous noise. They do not provide with a proper GST bill so it will be difficult if you are thinking for reimbursement. I could rate this hotel in NEGATIVE STAR.DO NOT GO IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT FROM WEST BENGAL.

The location was in some what difficult.. room was not that clean n washroom n toilet were not that clean... Need lots of improvement.. n the staff was very helpful.... The area was not that good..

Well, the place was not clean even after asking for clean bedsheets and blanket only clean bedsheets received. There was tv in the room but it was connected to wifi only, so no tv channels cannot accessed. Location was very odd. Staffs were cooperative. Also, they didnt check temperature nor sanitised the guests at the entry point which was expected during this time.

New hotel. Rooms are small and 90% time you will find it dirty. You have to call cleaning staff always. Staff behaviour is good.

Rooms are pretty good.. But the behavior of stuffs are very pathetic. I booked that hotel from oyo when i ask them that Im paying online they told me that they didnt accept online payments.. Ive booked ac room but they provide a room which ac has been damaged.. Over all rating a big zero..

Oyo shouldnt compromise with the quality of the hotel while making things cheaper. I wouldnt blame the hotel for it, they have made it with whatever limited resource they had, but I guess oyo does audit and timely checkup for the hotel to stay affiliated to it. Now I dont know what are the parameters you check for.Coming to hotel.. Room was very small, even though I upgraded from 2x size to 3x size. When I asked the same to the receptionist, he replied Sir, we have given you the biggest room . I was like, what??? Size of the room must be around 9ft * 7ft. So oyo can you plz tell me the definition of 3x type of room? .. Water quality is worst, thanx to the location of the room which is situated just beside a canal. Room and water are basic amenities, how can you overlook and tag these hotels under such a brand name. Now coming to TV and wifi.. tv has tata sky connection but not a single channel gets played in tv, ask why? Coz they havent recharged the tatasky balance for the last 6-7months. Since it was a internet tv, I thought ok lets connect it with hotels wifi but again wifi also didnt leave a chance to disappoint me. Hotel has got their own restaurant which supplies food to zomato and swiggy but when I tried to order, they were like Sir, food here is not so good. Could you plz order your food from zomato.My question is, if these basic things arent good then what do you look for, when you actually include these hotels under your brand name? It seems like these hotels are only for couples and the only best thing which these hotels can provide is privacy. But I do believe couples who visit there, they just dont go there for enjoying privacy but they also need these basic things.Oyo has earned a lot of brand value, both nationally and internationally, please dont compromise with the quality of the hotel just to ensure privacy to couples.

This place is a little difficult to get. so you are not familiar with the area, make sure you go straight from gate no 1. after around a 100 meters you will find a small lane to the left. you will find a **** board. Thats where you go. The stay was good. all the staffs were friendly. just one suggestion please provide handwash in the bathroom. overall good experience.

Not hygiene, washroom was not properly cleaned up, AC creates lot of sound & its water flowing inside the room, Blanket not cleaned up as it seems like used by previous customer

This hotel is located in a very narrow street and it is very tough to spot the first time. There is no space for parking cars. The food is priced pretty high in the hotel.The room I stayed in was pretty decent. It had frequent power cuts but had a generator so was not a problem. There were a lot of mosquitos there.

Excellent. Just excellent accommodation by OYO. One thing I must say that the security and ovrall gesture of every couple friendly OYO has move up to the peak level. Which indicates, why all we are preffering OYO instead of any other hotel chain. Thank you OYO onec again. Please b with me as always.

Its such a good experience here. The room are clean and have also modern amenities. Its definitely a excellent hotel with such a price budget. The hotel is location is also good and its just 100 metres from the main road. I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

All in all, it was a good experience. Few things need to be cared of like food management and cleanliness. Rest was good.

AC was not working properly, location problem in Google map, and the hotel is in such a great NewTown of Kolkata but locatity is like poor village.Else is good, service is so impressive. People of this hotel is Good. As it is located in village type area so there is great view outside of the hotel, cold temperature and silence area.

Hotel is about 100 metres from the main road. The room and toilet are clean. Food is available in the hotel and reasonably priced. If you want to dine outside there are so many eateries nearby(Infront of Unitech).In Google map, route is shown inside Unitech, however take Bhangar Moor lane. The hotel is adjacent to Hari Mandir. Mosquitoes are there in the hotel.I used a liquid repellent, which I always carry.

Shady place. Filled with mosquitoes, soiled bedsheet, expired tata sky connection, Wifi could not be connected with provided password, AC remote not working. What else can you expect from Oyo???

This hotel are very bad service. AC Has not work proper. no backup electricity option in there. very bad experince stay in hotel.

Lot of things in this hotel are very poor(1) In bathroom tap only mudy water are coming. After complain no one was address the problem.(2)No minerAL water as well as no packed bottle water facility. We will buy from outside.(3) Rooms are dust full.(4)No tea facility.(5) A. C are dropping water inside the room(6)No lunch no dinner facility. You will order through zomato and swiggy.(7)Bed sheet and towels are in duty condition(8)The hotel is situated in field (kheth)(9)No parking facility even not for two wheller and bicycle.(10) A.C. and TV are not working when electricity is not available.(11) Tata sky are out of service. It will be recharge when customer check in in room.The worst experience from my side. But I was stay there because I was gone there for my mother eye check up. And the shankar netralaya is in walking distance from this third class hotel. I will never suggest to visit any one in this hotel.

Very congested room. Very less space. No tables or anything. Wifi did not work properly.

WiFi not available. They said that they need to recharge. This is not acceptable. No proper greeting at the reception. We were telling them about their location and the fellow was not responding. Very rude behavior. TV channels limited. Rest no recharge done. Never will book this again

Next, rooms r small n messy n dirty, washroom was broken & required repair. When we complaint about that, they said, maam, we will repair it, but they didnt. We had to shift in other room. Next, water is dirty, u can find some floating objects in that very clearly. Next, u have to adjust with ants n mosquitoes, no solution available. The food was unpalatable, and mostly, it was unavailable. When u call in d kitchen, they r super busy, but when u ask for some food, then its not available. God knows, where are they busy? And if by luck, food is available, then they ask u to call at reception to send a boy to bring food at Ur room. I mean, pathetic service, poor staff. Never expected this from oyo.

Very bad place to stay. Dingy and dirty. Approach to the Oyo rooms is Kacha. No water in bathrooms. My advice would be to look for alternate place to stay.
