In 500 you can get decent flat rooms large enough for 2 people. Food is your own responsibility. Youve to seperately pay for it. Theres a few confusion between the main hotel and the guest house. These are seperate places. Room was decent enough.

It was quite good. The rooms at upper floor where good but the lower floor rooms werent good. Very less space in bathroom.

Worst hotelRooms are very small, ground only 2 feet of 2 side of bed. Many rooms they said have geyser but thats not true. room service is bad. They provide one bucket for 3 rooms to bath. There Dining hall is on fourth floor with no lift, because man upstairs 4 staircase, so low quality food he likes.

I booked a room for two guest through the Make my trip after seeing the rules policy and price. When I reached there the receptionist told me that we cant give you room by this less money and also told me to pay more money for this room. This is the bad experience of staying. You are requested to the guest house manager please contact with make my trip and Goibibo provider to mention properly price, fares, rules etc so that any customer may notface like this problem.

Last month my sister got married and to attend her marriage function most of our relatives stayed in the city for almost a week. We arranged their accommodation at Om Shanti Guest House. The place offers comfortable lodging at reasonable rates. Our relatives and friends enjoyed their stay at Om Shanti Guest House. Most praised about the meditation facilities and room service.

Very bad place and dirty and also very cheap not a good place for a family

It was ok. I was allotted a single bed small room with attached bathroom. There was AC but it was not working properly. Room was fairly clean. Service was fine. They had arrangements of breaking and evening tea.

The hotel is very unstable....most worst hotel i ever stayed.. rude behaviours ...room was very poor by looks...i was very unhappy

A guest house located near Science city, the rooms are ok, not recommended for family but good option for guys looking for cheaper option to stay in Kolkata and take city tour. The owner is very nice guy and helpful. But the place needs a proper management in place it they want to grow and need to work on its day to day operations, service and support staff..

I booked room via OYO app and was denied to check in when I reached there. I had to file a complaint with OYO then they somehow convinced the guest house manager. Overall stay was also horrible as the service was very poor. The blanket they provided smelled so bad and the washroom is very very small that you can hardly even stand in there. Behaviour of receptionist was not good but still they kept asking for 5 star rating. This was my worst stay over at a guest house. In this price or 100-200 bucks more and you should definitely go for another hotel. Any other hotel would be better than this.

They were laughing and throwing absurd words in bengali which we could understand. Registered a complaint with the tourism authority and mistay.in.Regarding rooms. Worst hotel till date. Dirty, small rooms with bad service from the hotel manager summed it up. It was a disastrous experience, although booked a classic room but it didnt seem one, seemed to be a dorm room, complained in oyo but not much help. Water was dripping from the shower all night, the door seemed to be from the 50s, that old and dirty. Will not suggest for people to stay in here, definitely not for a family. Oyo should definitely check with their properties properly, it is ur responsibility since we have booked through you not directly with the hotel.

There are bucks (nallulu) in the room Ive stayed and and the services they provided are very niceDont just go by seeing ratingThey take the reviews without our permission.( While I coming from hotel after the completion of staying time ,they asked my mobile and open the Goibibo app and take the 5 star rating and submitted. After completion of reviewing he close the app And gave my mobile )Dont just go by ratings , see the hotel and stay .

Great place to stay...the people are really nice and friendly .The mattress are very soft...and the rooms have a very nice homely feel to it.They serve food here too.If your ever in this part of the city...Id suggest you try this guest house.Youll not regret it.

I give the star rating for this guest house is 3*. Rooms are too small. Stuff behavior is good. There is no lift but rooms have ac free Wi-Fi. They provide lunch and dinner but only veg. Non-veg not available here.

Good ambiance & homely atmosphere.

Last week I visited Kolkata for some educational purpose and I stayedin this guesthouse for three days .The rooms were well furnished and peaceful. The most important thing I liked about this guest house was its services like foods ,laundry ,wifi,etc and it was available 24*7.Its rent was cheap according to the market price.So next time if i visit kolkata I will book this guesthouse only as the behaviour was pleasant of the staff and the owner.

I came with my family. They give excilant veg food. Service also good. Nice famillier guesthouse I ever come.

They have different kinds of room, few of them are in real bad conditions but others are good. So check the room before you are planning to stay. They serves only vegetarian, even smoking is not allowed here.

The location of the hotel is decent...they have 2nd place for staying located in a decent place too, room is ok (2nd building) not bad , for a night stay its a decent choice.

Terrible experience in a word. Firstly, they dont allow unmarried couples yet they mention it in oyo, then they refuse the booking and force you to take other rooms with high charge. The rooms are very expensive with respect to their condition, dusty rooms, overall a very bad experience. If you dont allow unmarried couples update it on oyo immediately, this is so unfair to fool people by showing something else and actually be something else.
