A typical decent Budget business hotel in a central business location. The main business markets are walkable from the hotel. The hotel is maintained neatly. The rooms were kept neat. The food was good. In room service was prompt. For a budget hotel that is well maintained, in the heart of the city this gets a 4 star. I did not give a 5 as there were a few small glitches with the overflowing flush, fan running at only one speed and no complimentary breakfast . Apart from that, a very nice hotel and friendly staff.

Air conditioning of the room i was provided (203) was not working properly.Overall the service is good.Staffs were responsive.

Since I used to live very near to this place can say is the most convenient location in North Kolkata for connectivity, very near to great food. But as per the feedback the rooms and infrastructure could be better.If you can ignore the infra slightly this will be a nice place.

My 4 star rating for this budget property is due to the location. Rooms are normal, easily upgradable. However before paying your food bill please recheck the same with your ordered items. Modern amenities are there but replacement is also necessary for few. Staff and reception people are good and cooperative. Family stay possible.

I booked delux room with breakfast but they charged extra for it. room size is too small. situated in good location.

Stayed here just for a day. Hotel location is excellent. Staff is polite n helpful. Food is good. Rooms are not furnished in a very modern way but are clean. Could have charged lesser. But all in all recommended for a short stay even if u r travelling with family.

Its beside highway... so taking a cab is very easy. This hotel has neat n clean rooms with all amenities (depending on type of room u book). Best part is its kitchen which serves delicious food. Tip: book this hotel through ibibo, u ll thank me later.

Near Medical college, Room tariff between Ra 2k to 3k. No restaurant. However food available in Room Service at reasonable price. No four wheeler parking. For whole night parking, you have cough up Rs 300/night extra.

Overpriced. Old. Smelly. Staff couldnt provide room at check in so gave another adjacent room, shifted later. The whole staff especially middle aged receptionist wants every detail of customers whereabouts questioning as if theyre the police(despite me writing all the necessary details in their register). The food is overpriced too.Just one grace is that it is located in a prime location exactly on the middle of central avenue stone throw away from college street, cu, medical College, central metro thus the only reason to stay here.

Hotel is at gooe location. Easy to reach from babughat bus stand. Hotel staff are well behaved and polite. Rooms are very neat and clean including the sanitary. Food is of reasonable cost. Only thing that is little akward is the room size. Its ok if you are a solo traveller.

Great Hotel for the family visits . Really i had a great experience , food was just awesome , Room has all the facilities. It is located in one of the prime locations of kolkata . Also the Hotel was very much good in terms of rate. I recommend it for family travelers as it is situated near Medical College Gate 6 so it very easy for a parent to stay near child

Hotel is a centrally located property. We travelled here for official work, two days in deluxe room& one day AC non attached bathroom room, place of work was just opposite to hotel thats why we stayed here.Frankly I dont find this value for money, old property without any ambience.AC non attached bathroom room isnt advisable(room with seperate designated toilets outside), at this price one would surely find a good budget hotel in Kolkata.Hotel staff was good, room service fine, food negotiable(to my north indian taste).

Nice property. The accommodation was so comfortable. Served with a nice food and hospitality. The locality of the hotel is very easy to reach. I found each and everything very well managed in this hotel. Staying there was really a nice experience.

This is one of the best cheapest hotel in Kolkata. It is situated near Central metro station & heart of the city. All business markets are walking distance & near to howrah railway station. Excellent location if one has to visit the medical college/ RIO kolkata.The rooms are clean, comfortablee, spacious enough for two, clean bathrooms. There is no restaurant but they have a decent menu, deliver food to your room within half hour. The breakfast, tea and sea food were commendable, other options werent great.prompt room service with helpful and polite staff.very close to Metro station

This hotel was strange but the staff did try their best . They kept calling the room asking us if we need something or brought us tea and papers . I think they had lots of time on their hands !. If you like lots of attention it is a very good hotel , but if you need solitude then maybe not. Room was adequate , but did not feel like a super deluxe room . Area outside hotel has lots of homeless people , however they were no trouble at all . The staff were very good and tried to help the best they could , although they were shouting until 2am one evening . All in all an average hotel , in central location 2 minutes from metro , with nice staff .

In term of good location, its a good hotel. But they need to be clean their rooms properly. I got very dirty smell when i use the blanket.

The room service and food is good but there is no such thing as cleanliness inside the room .....the cover bedsheets and blankets were dirty and had disgusting odour....AC was quite good , but while asking for wifi its showing not available due to recharge reasons....couple of charging plugs were also not working .....after all i have to say this is not the hotel type at this cost ... disappointed!!

Most disgusting hotel I have ever gone in.. shabby old building with stinking rooms.. bed full of bed bucks and mosquito.. mattress was so bad that I had a severe back ache and pillow abt 6 inches thick.. which would further give neck ache too.. low quality decor...the room was booked for the whole day and I reached at the hotel at 8:30 pm which I pre informed that I would b reaching around 7 pm.. although when I reached they had no rooms ready.. I had to wait to another 20 minutes to check in to that **** room.. they have precautions to stay at the hotel at every shabby wall of the hotel..AWEFUL
