Only a.c was running properly and everything else was out of order .tv video was visible audio was not audible. Services not upto the mark

Very good hotel accommodation in association with Oyo located in north Kolkata, very reasonable room tariff, its a walking distance from metro terminal to access the business location around Kolkata.Highly recommended to all travelling to Kolkata for leisure or business purpose.

The rooms literally smell so bad. The basins are not much bigger than my palm. The food is tasteless and expensive. Food from outside isnt allowed in the premises. Youve to eat their over priced tasteless food if you are not planning to go out. Overpriced place. Wouldnt recommend at all.

Very well mannered and supportive staff at work. Located nearby main road but you wouldnt feel disturbed once you are inside your room.

Worst experience in my life. Have a confirmed booking through OYO but still they refuse me to give accommodation.As they replied that some issues are thr with oyoroom.That may be but they dont have courtesy to inform the customer.Customer come at thr desk .one lady with a commanding voice saying we are not accepting any booking from OYO.how shameless they are using OYO board everywhere using name of OYO and not accepting booking.Pls dont book this hotel.Reply after owner response...What about etics?How can anyone kick out a guest where in india ..we called atithi deva bhaba..?Its nothing but a cheap business mentality...

Room is Nice but Room service is very very worst nd poor service. 😡😡Room clean request no response ever 2-3 times are requested.....On breakfast order not serve before 1hrs later. Worst to worst service.

Gd ambiences, hotel rooms r also looking gd.. n their house keeping staff r also humble n well mannered,suitable for couple n family too but their foods r not good so much spicey n little bit costly too n not reasonable price even though they will not allow u for outside food Ordering.which is I dont like.
