The hotel is at a very good location. The new market is at walking distance and park circus is also very close. The transport is quite good as I saw every mode to be available throughout the day.The hotel is decent not very attractive or comfortable but definitely does the job as it was clean and staff is well mannered. Just felt that the bedsheet and pillow were not that clean and no prepared food is there.

Hotel is fine if you are looking in low budget place to stay. The best part of the hotel is staff and safety. I have been with my mom for a stay and we felt it quite safe and sound. Hotel staffs are pretty much cooperative and all time attentive about any assistance required.Special thanks to Arman Kabir for all the help and any time assistance, safety and concerns. He kept updating us about the critical situation outside related to cyclone to make our stay even safer.

1 star for the cost, else it deserves 0.My room smelt like it wasnt open in 2 years, the walls seemed damp, one small window which is like 1 feet away from a brick wall, so completely useless.The room alloted is totally different from what they have on thumbnail in oyo. They have kept the best room they have as the thumbnail. The alloted room is different both in structure and looks.The bathroom was disgusting, pretty much all the pipes were leaky, the hose was broken, some pieces of the toilet seat were chipped out.My bedsheets werent changed, they were stained, the pillow was completely broken, the foam inside was in pieces.If youre on a really low budget, need someplace to sleep and spend most of the day outside, then its worth the compromise, dont even think of going there as a couple especially if its your first time, youll get turned off as soon as you step into the hotel area.Why does this hotel have 4 stars on oyo? I wondered that myself, when I was leaving, the manager made me open the oyo app and he made me rate him 5 stars, I just wanted to escape and avoid confrontation so I let it be.

Very costly, they do not provide good services, room was not cleaned, even bedsheet and blanket was not cleaned, unhygienic washroom and rooms, they charge extra amount Rs. 400 for AC rooms, and Forcibly ask the customer to give a good rating for hotel in front of you.Very worst hotel of my life.👎one rating dene jesa bhi nhi hai.

Price is good if u r looking for cheap OYO hotel,500 for 2person and 1000 for 3person/room and 300extra for AC. Manager is helpful but room service is not that good,they will listen to u within 3-4calls.

This the worst hotel in the town . Stuffs treats you like u r their servent and don’t hesitate to use slang with you. . Stuffs offen are drinks in the reception . Rooms are stinky , no water at all . Rather staying in Kolkatas Road is safer if u have money and family with u .I would request go any hotel but don’t even think of even looking it
