Very good homely atmosphere,clean & peaceful.

The attendants and liftman will rob you...asked tips from different members of my family and ended up taking ₹500 tips in just 2days of stay. Owners behaviour is very good.

The City Heart Hotel, located opposite the Hindustan Building (LIC), is a very old building with 2nd & 5th floor. The rooms are almost normal, all the new staff after the lockdown, and their use is good, the old staff is no more .......... compared to the hotel, their rent is a little higher ,,, For 2 days we both paid 900 + 900 = 1800 ,,,,
