I had been shopping my cosmetics from sephora ever since it was launched. At first, I was bit reluctant as I had concerns on the quality and originality of the products it shelved. But then I wanted my CD cosmetics which were only available in this store in the entire kolkata. I had no choice there and had to give it a try. And today I am glad I did. Then onwards, I shop only at sephora for my makeup kits. I am not a makeup person at all so just the basics. Talking about the collection, they have most of the good designer brands and their latest collections. The ambience is as expected, but not to skip I like the way treat the visitors or potential buyers. Really friendly and even the most shy person would feel as comfortable as home. They help you whats best for your skin with demo applications so you can see with your own eyes. They address your problem areas and generously advise you whats best way to take care of it. The perspective is how much the client is satisfied than how much is being billed. Overall satisfied and recommended.

It is a new store...opened in the first week of Jan 2018...A store dedicated for beauty products...There is also a section for mens perfume...😄😄Its an international brand...This store has come up in the ground level of SC Mall...said to have all the international brands of beauty products...Already its attracting a good number of crowd...

I found most of the huda beauty liquid matte lipsticks are out of stock here, testers are not there , dried up .. So I had to go for sephora ..The shades that I ordered-1) cream lip stain 25 Coral Sun2)Profusion Cream lip stain 01 Red

This is the shop where any makeup lovers wants to go and am one of them. Today I visited for bought sephora cosmetics.U can find all types of brands in one roof like Sephora,Nars, Clinique,bobbi brown etc.

Newly opened in 2018, cosmetics chain store selling international branded perfumes and cosmetics. Prices are more than their own international website or other online stores for similar branded products. The store is located in newly renovated south city mall.2019 .. review after a yearBad experience. The moment you walk in you will be constantly hounded by pushy sales staff who will follow your every step.Another negative is that discount on perfume (everything else) is marked discreetly with tiny sticker on taster bottles.. what is wrong with prominent display of discount/offers? Many time discount (Italian zest 20% in my case) turns out to be less (17% for Italian zest) when you finally decide to buy.I ended up buying Davidoff but unlike international counterpart they are here stingy on giving free taster bottles. Some perfume didn’t even have tester to try on. This fact was brought to notice of floor supervisor (again no way to know if she was as there is no badge on her dress) and she just acknowledged it without offering any solution.Prices for similar perfume can be cheaper in shopper stop, next door. Buyer should check before buying.A person comes to retail store to experience products in relaxed environment. My experience twice has just turned out to be opposite.i will continue to make essential purchase here (lack of alternative) while bulk of shopping will be done abroad.

I absolutely love this place for its perfume collection mainly. Being a fragrance enthusiast and collector its an amazing place to get some of my favorite and latest launch of perfumes. They almost always have great gifts with every purchase.

I went to purchase Sephora at South City Mall, Kolkata. This is the only Sephora Shop in Kolkata. If you are looking to buy Professional Make-up products than you must visit this shop. I have purchased just 2 Products by 10000/- Rupees.

I know I am a bit late in visiting Sephora. However, on my last visit, I found the store quite fascinating , especially, when you are a high-end beauty buff, youll definitely feel great here! The counters are well organized, meticulously maintained and the Sales assistants are quite friendly and not pushy at all! I loved the Dior counter the best! On the flip side, they should stock more fragrance samples to try on , especially, when youre planning to consider buying a designer fragrance! The billing manager was a bit rude, though. I expected some samples on my very first billing here. I expected more skincare brands and new launches! Overall, a must visit for all beauty fanatics..

Great collection. Awesome cosmetic brands. Helpful staff. However, you really need the bucks to enjoy the stuff-at-sale here. A ladys essential cosmetic array can easily cost upwards of 50K.

Great selection of cosmetics even though I am no expert in this. The Sephora lipstick and masks were good and staff were helpful. Special mention for the chap at the perfume section. I came out smelling like a bouquet of wildflowers :)

Hi All, It was a lovely experience visiting the store last year ....Can anyone let me know if I can find luxurious perfumes other than TomFord Private Blend (I know as I bought 1 or 2 from here last year) and Ermenegildo Zegna Essenze/Elements collection (dont remember if they were there last year but got few from Chennai and if not wrong Bangalore store also has them ) like Dior Privee , Guerlain P.line or Armani Prive things like those I know I cant find niche brands here like Roja ,Jovoy ,Fredrick malle, Kilian etc ?

The products are great. All price ranges products are available. Their custom ar service is fantastic and very helpful. It is very organised. Sephora original products are no doubt great.

Sephora is a make up lovers paradise. You name the every possible make up brands and they are there in Sephora. They have their in house brands too. All kinds of make up essentials, perfumes and cosmetics under one roof. In Eastern India ,the only Sephora store is located on the ground floor of South City Mall, Kolkata.

I am member of Sephora and bought multiple products no. of times. However I visited yesterday, had very horrible and insulting experience from women staff of Ester Lauder. I choose some products and put it in basket and she tailed me and insulted me until I got irritated and resisted. Everyone shops for also good experience. I bought products of 20k change but I’m future I will never visit because of such low quality cheap staff. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THE MONEY MONGER SALESPEOPLE . They will say any rubbish to sell there product like this lady of Ester Lauder.

Good place for all your Beauty Needs

My wife came to the store on 3.Mar.2019 with requirement of pain free facial hair removal solutions. But the sales person sold wrong product to her without knowing the primary requirements. She tried the product at home and it didn’t meet her expectations. They makes customer fool. Now the product of Rs. 2800/- is completely useless.

I loved the environment of Sephora. Its heaven for any makeup junkie plus the staff are very cordial and have a warm nature and will guide you through while choosing what you want to buy.

Awful experience out there. Each one of the start of trying a push a product down your throat. Was disgusting to a point that we had to walk out of the place. They must allow shoppers to walk the aisle to look at products and sure yet and sell but use discretion. The manager of this South city store didnt even come out and deal with our complain!

I am an aspiring pro make up artist......doing a course in make up.I just visited the to the store to get product knowledge,but was really disappointed.The staffs were not at all cooperative.Its a fact that ,I might not buy products today but would hve bought something in future.It was really a bad experience.I would never like to buy any product from this store.

Bought cosmetics from sephora South city mall,this is one of the branded store in USA too. Price wise it is a bit high but if you compare with other international brands then fine.

It had all the requirements and necessities and the quality matched its high-end price tags. Service was pretty good.

Coz I love makeup n skincare n perfume ND this place has the worlds some of the best brands that everyone will love. Ya its not always budget friendly.
