Possibly the worst customer care in online portal. I have cancelled the shipped item on 6th July by not accepting the shipment. Since then I am following up for refund, but no solution. Everytime they assigned new customer care representative (both email or over phone) and they reverted with same reply: We have forwarded your concern to relevant team. They will revert back with update. Even I wrote to the grievance officer, but it seems they have same auto reply mail. So please be very cautious if you need any refund. It is better to opt for other online service provider. I am attaching the screenshot of conversation. Hope this might draw attention of Nykaa to improve their customer service
Your customer service people dont help to order and help customers to get the products when they get out of stock at the counters.So how can we buy your products even if its good if we cannot get them.Kindly restock your products at the counters fast whenever it goes out of stock.I have been waiting for this Nykaa pencil eyeliner- Emerald wand since 2 months now and when ever I go or ask at your counters- its no results at all.Please replenish your products n stock at the counters fast.Thank you

Even though I didnt get the product in the store, the staff was helpful enough to arrange the same for me. The good thing was they wanted to serve the customer. Great service.
Pathetic experience....Will prefer not to go to this kiosk of nykaa.The sales person was very rude and just refused to assist.Seemed like she had no interest in selling at all.
Shame on NYKKAThey have a pathetic customer grievance cell. I had been following up with them from one month for the damaged and missing product, but they just sell and vanish away and dont reply to any of the complains.
The store in quest is satisfying but the lady there isjust taking the products that I’m swatching out of my hand in a bad way and she is not even like convincing me to buy the products.She is not fit for this job!😡😡
This place doesnt have any kind of collection apart from nykkas own cosmetics and huda beauty... Their employees also dont help customer... Utter disappointment
It is horrible. They give fraud courier to deliver the item which goes undelivered and falsely update the site and the app that the delivery was attempted. They never contacted the customer at all.
The customer care executive,the lady at the quest mall nykaa store is not at all customer friendly.she does not possess marketing skills.she is least interested to sell
I have online bought products from nykaa and now i have placed an exchange because the product is defective.Thrice i tried to explain my problem to 3 different customer care executive on three different days i have attempted the same.I totally rely on nykaa for shopping purpose but this kind of response from such a great brand is very displeasing.From nykaa app as well i have raised the concern still no response from theirs end.I hope Nykaa must take care of their customer care services as they have failed to serve the purpose.Still waiting to get a response.If someone from nykaa can reply it would be very kind of you.#Disheartening_ActThank You.
