I absolutely adore Miniso. There are a great range of perfume and jewellery available here. I recently bought the Sunrise Perfume and it smells divine. The pair of earrings that I bought were expensive but were really beautiful. Being a stationery lover I love the cute notebook supplies and pens and other stationery products. Nice place to shop for gift items. Prices are on the lower side compared to similar outlets across the city. The floor area is sufficient to browse comfortably with social distancing.The venture is appreciated.

So I went today at this store of miniso (acropolis mall). I selected a bag which had two colours ; black and white. I picked white and checked that the price is 200. I checked the entire rack. All the bags were were attached with the tag of 200rs. So what am I supposed to understand?? The printed price is 200 that means I will have to apy 200. When I went to the billing counter the lady snatched the bag from my hand and started scratching the tag and told me no no it is 400rs. I said the entire rack is of 200. I checked them all how can it be 400 then?? Even if it is then their might be a wrong tag with one or two bags. The entire rack , all the colours cannot be a mistake. Now she is telling me its 400 she can say 1000 also and scratch the tag and over write with any amount. This is completely fraud. Open loot. Now she comes frowning and when I proved her wrong she threw the bag on the rack. Then she starts screaming from the counter. So you are forced to believe her word of mouth and whatever amount she says you have to believe and pay, instead of paying what the written mrp is. Worst part- not a single sales person over there accepted the mistake. Pathetic is an understatement. One piece of advice there are many people looking for jobs. Please throw out these kind of employees. Todays date- 8th march 2021. Average height of the lady and dark complexion. The rating shows 3.7 so I hope you understand am not the first person. I even took her photo however theres no option here to post it

Very bad experience, today visited the store in South City Mall, the staffs are very rude. Reluctant to check price in the system and if even they scan the product in the system and if they are been told due to change of mind donot intend to bill the product, they would not do the bill of the other products. The same thing happens if you donot carry change. Even if they have change with them they will not give it to the customers rather ask the customer to pay by card. But they will not make the bill in cash if you donot carry change. Very bad experience.

A very small store in Acropolis Mall...the collection is very limited and most of it is in the babycare/kidzone ...Couldnt find anything interesting...bought a random colored pen, eyemask, showercap...the quality Is just OK. Expected a lot more as I have seen Miniso store hauls in other cities being attractive and fun.

Very good place.

Store is descent, however staff is not. Insisted on selling carry bag even when government of India has already revoked the same. It is pathetic to see staff fighting over it and ended up spoiling the whole experience in the store. Management is advised to look into it and save a probable consumer case against it.

Average stall. Household materials are available.

Nothing much to adore mostly china made products.
