Wonderful experience at this store today. The best collection for mac products in the South City mall outlet. I have found everything that I wanted in one go. Saurav who really assisted me well with the products. He suggested me only those that would go with my skin.. after he did few touch ups my skin looked flawless. Thanks a lot for such assistance. Would really recommend others to take his assistance once if you plan to buy anything from MAC.

Heaven for all beauty lovers, and am one of them. One of my favourite brand and i love to visit here.

I asked for a nude shade of liquid lipstick. The person present in the MAC store of South City Mall gave me swatches of 4 shades out of which I chose one and he gave me that for trial. I tried and found out that the shade was suiting me perfectly.He showed me the fresh lipstick and said You tried this and I am giving you the same shade and went to the billing counter.Next day when at home I tried the shade, I found out that the shade was completely different.I am very much unsatisfied with the service.

Not particularly MAC store. Its associated with shoppers stop. The lady who helped me was quite professional. But I think they denied me of some service I might receive as I had a bill over 5000.

Never visit MAC showroom at Quest mall. The behaviour of the staff there is so annoying and impolite.I think the staff should be given proper training on how to treat n assist customers. Not going there again ever.

If you decide to visit MAC here.. take help of a young guy with beard working there. He is a delight.. I never liked mac and in just 10 minutes he changed my entire opinion. Such a genuine person.. the secret is he believed in his brand so much that he made me believe too!!

The behavior of the staffs were so annoying, so rude, as if they are showing mercy on us. R e they are not givung us the product without any money.. And we r spending our bloody money on it.. They should serve us like human.. Bt yeah one of them called Sourav he is too good. Jst only because of him I went there.. I am requesting to the floor manager or the concerned person plz look after bout this..

The ambience and environment are awesome but staff need to be more po light and humble instead of being attitude ...
