Ive visited this store alot of time before , not only here in kolkata but which ever city Ive visited, Ive always gone to helath and glow for my necessities,but Id like to mention that this time when I came here I was helped by Ranjit Barman from the store , he was very polite and so courteous in his behaviour. Id like to see more staff like this who let you breathe easily in the store and not jump around next to you .Good job Ranjit keep it up .RegardsTanushree Sarkar

The outlet at Kasba has been a superstar performer in giving horrible service to me and my wife twice...We went to the store for the first time three months back.. The sales agents were so pushy and disturbing that I had to tell my wife to come out of the store and look for other options. We were not even allowed to explore the items on the shelves.Yesterday we somewhat forced by circumstances to the outlet and my experience was horrible.My wife had to buy a lotus product and it was not available at Spencers, hence without any options, we chose to check that outlet once.Believe me, my wife and me both were literally attacked by the sales agents and they were literally begging us to buy different stuff.We somehow managed to take our preferred product and proceed to the cash counter.The harrasment was not over still then.The cashier threw the worst attitude when we arrived at the counter, maybe because the billing amount was not up to his desire and very less, INR245 only.He spoke to us extremely rudely and even mentioned that he only be able to give us 20rupees in one rupee coins....He doesnt have change.We agreed to that and wanted to come out of the humiliation without creating any scene.Simply worst outlet of Health and Glow.....Never going back again....

Forcing a lot for buying products.... Really disappointed...
