The Responds from the Director and its Supervisor is horrible, specially the Supervisior. Customer is not King here, here its reverse. No information regarding where about your shipment. Its promised on 5 days but reached on 10th day. You wont get any reply whether your payment has been received or not, you need to ask them. Because of this attitude I have given 3-star rating.But the good things are here;1. Packing is very good.2. Delivered goods without any damage(negligible minor).3. Packing staff behavior is very good.

First time using a moving company to relocate. I did some asking around and a friend told me about Eparess Cargo Packers and Movers, after calling them to get prices on what it would cost they were pretty helpful and detailed with their quote. I didnt have too much stuff two bedrooms and a living room worth of furniture and the rest was all small things. They packaged and wrapped everything that was fragile nicely and nothing was damaged in the move which Im sure if I would have done myself it would have been a different story. I plan on moving again next year and will sure be going with them once more. Highly recommend to anyone looking to save time and headache of moving themselves.1

Its a great place if you want to shift your household or any items. Ive shifted from Calcutta to Malbazar(dooars) and Im really very impressed with their packaging and transportation. Due to rains though the delivery was a bit delayed, but I got full support from their end and there was no communication gap. I received all my packages in good condition. Its not very often I leave reviews however on this occasion I think this company deserve ithaving moved 3 times in last 4 years and never had a great experience I was very apprehensive, I stumbled across moving home made easy and as visited by pawan ji who arrived on time and documented all the items for removal and even quoted separately for dismantling bedroom furniture and re-assembling if need be.The written quote arrived within 24 hours and detailed everything which I found was excellent. the price was reasonable and I agreed to go aheadon moving day the men arrived on time and as they say the move was hitch freehope I dont move again in next 5 years at least but will always use this company and have no problem recommending
