Ive been there twice and both times they have done an amazing job on my hair. Most places I go to get my hair done are unable to cut it properly. This is mainly because I am very particular about how my hair gets cut. The first time I went thee one of the ladies cut my hair and she I was amazed at the level of detail she put into cutting my hair. I did not have any cash on me at the time so I paid with my card and unfortunately was unable to leave her a tip. I went back today and one of their male barbers cut my hair this time and the result of his work was impressive as well. I felt bad for not leaving the first lady a tip so when I gave him his tip, I left her a tip for cutting my hair last time. Of course when I tried to leave the tip for her, I felt like the atmosphere became a little coward. That was my fault, there was slight difficulties trying to explain during the conversation. I definitely need to learn the language and will make a point to learn so communicating with the general public wont be so difficult, especially since Im opening an organization in Kiev and will be staying here to operate the organization. Ill learn the language while Im here and be able to communicate with the general public better in the future. I recommend Hair House to anyone traveling in Kiev Ukraine. If youre in Kiev and need your hair cut, this is where you want to go. You will not be disappointed.

This place is clean, personal is polite. There is a kind of small cafe for the visitors inside. Nevertheless Ill will not visit it again. First time I visited it couple of weeks ago and earned some bonus points. Later I got an sms with the promotion (big cashback on the bonus account). Twice asked the manager about using my existing bonuses AND promotion. In fact only after the payment i was told that I didnt get any promotional bonuses (That was the main reason I decided to visit the place so soon). Unfortunately there was done nothing to fix the situation or misunderstanding

Dimitri who is admin is the only good thing about the place. My hairdresser didnt listen to what I wanted even after showing 5 photos and being very specific about what I didnt want to happen. And exactly what i didnt want to happen, happened. Make sure your colorist listens to you, understands you. And not professional behaviour for staff to argue about you Infront of you.And then you will be sitting for almost 6hrs total while they redo everything. Painful process. The only one who actually cared was Dimitri. Price isnt cheap either for the kind of service.

A trim for the same hairstyle, which I showed some photos of the resembling hairstyles, turns into an effort for a suitable new hairstyle for me. Granted I am satisfied with the friendliness and efforts the staff tried to help, the specialist really took his time, literally, after the longest haircut of my life, came out with a somewhat mixed between old style and new style...

The haircut cost UAH 500 (the lowest cost in this salon is in the Haircuts section). Inna cut her hair very well. I was satisfied and decided that I would cut my hair now only in them. In August, I signed up for Marinas stylist (cost 700 UAH) and I have never been cut so horribly. Before the haircut, I explained in detail to the master what I wanted and even showed a photo. Master Marina did the opposite. I dont know how it could have been done, but she certainly succeeded. Its just awful on my head. I have to pay tribute to the administrator - the money for the haircut (700 UAH) was not taken from me. However, this is not able to recoup the spoiled hairstyle and mood for several months to come. I strongly do not recommend Master Marina.
