This is the nest place for make-overs. Genuine and very friendly staff n as well worth while for every penny spend.They consult and advise before going ahead with any makeovers they just dont simply butcher for the sake of it ..This is much recommended and highly experienced place to rely on.

Its lovely. The brides biggest fear is wrong makeup. Thanks to Susan Francis salon. It was so relaxing and it was magic. As i have very sensitive skin and not a person who wears makeup usually so I dint want the cake kind of makeup where one looks a completely different person. I wanted people to recognize me post makeup lol. The makeup was so natural so beautiful so light.. The hair and draping everything was just so perfect. Thank you so much for making me look so effortlessly beautiful on my engagement ❤

Have visited this salon since my very childhood and it never fails to live upto my expectations. The staff are friendly and very well trained. They cut your hair while it is still wet and do not charge for the shampoo (like a lot of salons do) due to which the cut is more sharp and better looking. At the end they also blow dry and style your hair. They also give you advice on how to maintain the hairstyle. I used to cry everytime my hair was cut when I was a child, but ever since I stepped into Susan Francis , I was way too happy to be upset. Also, they are an inclusive salon and have people from the LGBT community working for them.I strongly recommend this salon.
