Ma jali Chatterjee good at marketing but has horrible technicians who doesn’t know their job. Given horrible combination of colour for the design oi have shown. I decided the initial colour but the combination colours have to be shades of same colour tones - he failed miserably. Nail were not sealed properly. And the shape of the nail are all disproportionate. I am regretting every moment why I visited this place.

Unprofessional receptionist. Did not make me aware of the correct and accurate prices and after enquiring more than once, I was informed of incorrect prices. Service was quoted at a price and billed at a different price. (Higher) While the skill of the nail artists are really good the management especially the receptionist is very disappointing.

I am using their service for more than a year now and they are really very very good. My nail expert is Nirmal and he is a fabulous guy and does his job brilliant ly.

Place is clean and staff members are courteous. However they had no idea about removal of acrylic nail paint. My nails were severely broken by the end of the session. Had to cut them short. I was told when I took the appointment that they remove acrylic nail paint but they were clueless. Very disappointed especially I contacted this place after reading the reviews.
