This place has become my trusted all-season rejuvenation getaway over the last 3 years.Rigorous health and safety procedures ensure not only Covid safety but also freedom from any communicable diseases from incorrectly sanitised equipment or shared facilities like chairs, sofas, massage tables or toilet. During Covid restricted times they had separately sealed equipment for each customer, no contact temperature reading equipment and compliance with Arogya Setu guidelines.The ethnically diverse and inclusive staff is very well trained, courteous and both child and senior-friendly, offering genuinely helpful advice without pushing products onto the clients. For those who are particular about gender they are happy to match staff with client requests. There is no male to female massage service or vice versa, though, as per establishment policy. Services are rendered with prior booking over phone or on-the-spot booking. A great selection of good old music from the 70s, 80s and 90s keeps one company through pleasure or pain, as the case may be.Special mention of Shreya, the manager, whose warmth and wisdom help resolve every new clients queries swiftly and respectfully, as witnessed by me countless times.

This place is no longer a franchise of Lakme. Theyve started operating on their own now but their services are equally expensive as when they were with Lakme. No one would want to pay some heavily for a not so well known brand.

This salon is my favourite place for all sorts of hair and skin services! The location is great and so is the ambience! All staff are very friendly and cordial. They are trained and I am a very satisfied client. I was specifically super impressed with my little daughters hair cut. Highly recommended!

The makeup was horrible and it came out after we came out on the streets from the salon. It seemed like my skin was coming out. Hair was not set properly. Overall horrible experience.

I have always been Lakmé fan.. Last year when I saw Lakmé salon was opening branch at Dhakuria, I was very happy as its very near my home.Now about the salon, the whole unit of Lakme Dhakuria salon is like very homely but professional. The young but efficient group of boys n gals are really well trained and charming.The best I found of them are Puja and Shahid..Shreya manages the outlet well...Wish them all the best!

Overall a good experience

Extreamly bad experience with my last time service...I asked for a global hair color and imediately after the hair wash i can see all over grey hairs and it was not done properly..They were asking me to sit for 20 mins again so that they can do the touch up again...But i didnt have time anymore..But after 2 days i can see grey hair all over..and it looks like i didnt even do the colouring.Feeling extremly disappointed.

Very bad experience there was a lady named sagarika I dont even know if thats her correct name. She had no experience at all. I went there for a threading n after being said twice that I want my eyebrows to be thick she not only made it very thin but also spoiled the whole shape of my brows when I said that I want to complaint against her the manager who dint look like 1 handed me a register and asked me to write a complaint there and that girl was hiding inside for the whole time... Dont waste your time and money here... Worst experience ever of my life
