Visited Head Turners 1st time yesterday for a haircut.Soma attended to me when I entered the salon and also coordinated the service delivery, she was quick and welcoming. :)Mohib was the hairstylist assigned to me. He patiently heard all my concerns and requirements, asked about my haircare routine, gave good suggestions and tips for maintaining healthy hair, was a thorough professional and very skilled!

I got my hair smoothening done from this place by Zaid ..He took so much care of my hair. He was very polite and dedicated. Im very much satisfied with his work and his behaviour. Hes such a nice person. Thank you Zaid!

All the staffs r so friendly n well behaved, I’ll suggest everyone to visit this place.. it’s not about money all the time, ur words n behaviour. Special thanks to nawaz n zaid, I have been to many parlours before but from now on I would like to visit this place again n again

So I v done my Smoothning on 2/10/1021. So 1st of all there service is too bad. My hair got curl with in a week. Before wash. I told them to fix this. They didnt done thatTo poor service they had served. (One thing I must say this parlour should shut down)

Nawaz from Head Turners (Bhowanipore) did Keratin treatment on me. He was very dedicated and polite. He patiently explained the process to me and answered all my concerns. My hair looks great. I am hoping to have a long lasting effect. I totally recommend nawaz as he went beyond just the routine to give me a great look. :)

The staff is very rude and the services are not even properly executed. They have the audacity to ruin our nails in the first place and then on top of that instead of amending themselves they infuriate the Client. I will really not at all recommend this place to anyone!They daily to understand its not about the money, but its about the quality of the services and its bad here.

I am writing this review after availing services from Headturners Bhowanipore.I request the viewers to avail their services at your own peril and remind everyone with regards to the Doctrine of Caveat Emptor. The above mentioned service providers are just money mongers trained to pitch you with services which are absolutely garbage.They sell bogus service using bogus products which lasts for just a few days.I got my permanent smoothening/straightening done on 13th of September,2020 for my hair by their stylist named Mr. Nawaz, which has lasted just 3 days. When I went back complaining regarding the same, he recommended me Keratin treatment so that he can lure me to spend more money. I would love to bring to their kind attention that Keratin treatment came to being just a year or two ago and all service providers use to only provide straightening/smoothening services. Did those services last just 3 days? I have availed the services at different places for five times beforehand but never have experienced such a short longevity.So, whats the reason for the effect not lasting even a few days? Is the method employed faulty or is the product used were substandard. The amount charged for the service wasnt cheap by any means. So, the clear intention of them has been to lure for more and more treatments and services and make the clients fall prey to them.I think I am being hard done by and cheated. Its pure wastage of my time and money.This branch isnt doing much of a favour, but tarnishing the brand image of Headturners.Yes, I do need a response from your end spokesperson. Reply awaited!

Visited 1st time on 31st july 2021.. the guy who did d hair setting( normal straight) after my hair cut was horrible.. i check with the receptionist and got to know that he is a new joinee n dat it was his 1st day at work... its sad to see that head turners appoint such pathetic stylist!! He was not even able to hold d bush properly.. i was regular at sector 5 head turners untill my stylist (Sumit) left the same.. i fail to understand y u cant retain ur good employees instead of hiring unskilled ppl.. however d receptionist was humble enough n tried to pacify. I ll revisit 1 last time as the receptionist repeatedly requested for 1 chance very politely n humbly.

Highly recommended. Jhuma is really well experienced and well mannered lady there. Got haircut from Momin. He is also a good hairstylist.

I have done extension s from here.jhumadi is very good.she is very caring patient and professionally Handels her work.and they give very good suggestion s about what service I actually need.i am very impressed with the salon.and would recommend every one too

An extremely professional salon and studio with a great set of professionals working. All in all, a great experience. The haircut was done to utmost precession. Razia, was great who did the facial treatment. She even shared valuable knowlewdge and suggestions upon how I can treat and take care of my skin. Kuddos to the entire team!

Very unprofessional behaviour ... I was asked to reach at some point of time and I reached there right at 5pm and people were reluctant to provide service and made me wait for hours and people were giving some vague excuses for the delay in service .. very disappointed ..

I had booked an appointment for the 6 Step Mani Pedi. It has an amazing ambience. Its was a lovely hour of pamper. The massager chair or the products or the vibe is all you will fall in love with. Vijoy is the person you want for your treatment at this place.I had also got my nail extension done at this place which is not something I would recommend. Two of nails broke off in 10 days and they claim thats normal. They say their so called permanent nail extension can be broken in 2 days too. Raju was the person who did my nails who was more interested in his phone call rather than to explain how can this happen.

Instead of having their membership card, i was charged extra money from them and these people are really unprofessional and once you purchase their card then they will just fool you to charge more without informing you...would really never visit this salon anymore...also have parking issues and its inside narrow lane
