I purchased a product - gulaab khaas blue eye liner pencil in 1st August, 2021 and after applying under the lower lid, found that its not making any impression , hardly visible. I called the South City store to complain , a few days back and was told to wait for 2 days for the revert. After 2 days was asked to come to the store so that they could check the product. I went today , the lady rubbed the pencil 6-7 times under my eyelid but hardly any impression came. I wanted to return the product costing 775/- but was told that its a natural product so impression cannot be deep, but it will be deep on a fair complexion. My question is what do I do with a expensive natural product if it doesnt achieve its purpose.and if the product works better on a very fair complexion, I should have been told at the time of buying.😔
