Owner is unethical and cheat people. First day I went there on call booking they booked for dry massage when I reached they said they have only 1 room for dry massage which is now occupied I have to take another room which will cost twice after that said we have jacuzzi room where you can upgrade for extra cost I said okay give the best room I paid almost thrice of regular price. After session when I asked therapist for jacuzzi they said it’s broken since last year before lockdown it’s not working. When I said to the owner to return the money as you have committed false to me. Owner said I had told you that we have jacuzzi in the room never said that you can use that. We have jacuzzi tub where you can take stand bath. This is how they cheat people. Never go there.

Had a horrendous experience. I was driving by South City Mall and had a tremendous backache. Found this facility on google on searching for nearby spas. I called up on the number provided and reached the facility. It was locked from inside with a closed placard. On pushing the door, the receptionist opened the door. I asked, how come a spa has the permission to keep the main door locked. They said they have such permissions. From that moment onwards I didn’t feel good about the entire scenario.I asked for a dry massage and thereafter paid 2000/- for the therapy. They opened up a room, it was miserably dirty and seemed like a store room. On requesting a room change, they said that’s the only room available for dry massage. Hence, I said I would like to leave. They said the amount paid is non refundable and said I would have to pay extra 500/- for a different room. The receptionist called up the owner (I oversaw the callers name on her mobile as ANAMIKA), the owner says the amount is non refundable and that they would provide a different room. Somehow, I didn’t feel good about this entire scenario and insisted on the refund. They refunded 50% i.e. 1000/-..While moving out I managed to click the picture of the room I was offered.

This work from home had created lots of stress in life in this last few months, so thought of getting a spa done and one of my friend recommended this place. I visited the place and experienced their Deep Tissue Therapy and it was such a wonderful and relaxing experience by one of the most professional masseuse like the stress of so many months were vanished like magic and definitely worth the money too.I must recommend this place to many others. Best place to let your body and mind relax.

The difference between good spa and great spa is professionalism. Located close to South City Mall, it will give you a refreshing experience. However, you need to check the clock for the time of session. The massage therapist and their service is great. You might be cheated on the time as they will not serve as promised.

This newly opened Thai spa is located near south city mall, I visited this place randomly as I had a rough week and was looking for body massage within a reasonable price as it is already month end.The manager suggested me to go for BALINESE THERAPY, which proved to be not wrong as I was overly satisfied and relaxed after the therapy.The room, rest rooms, towels, bed and the jacuzzi was neat and clean and the ambience was very refreshing.I suggest to go at least once and experience the various number of therapies provided in this spa centre.
