I wanted to get hair spa done and a hair cut. I insisted many times to cut my hair first as I was shortening the length by half. But they did the spa first and cut the hair and charged me for long hair spa. I got some discount at the end but still I felt I paid a lot for the spa. Other than that the facial and other services were good.

I highlighted my hair today and I loved my highlights. The staff is kind and caring.

I have been there last week and this is my honest experience. I did a facial which even after a week I can see no visible effects on my face. Instead I got pimples n rashes all over my skin. I couldnt see what product they were using but I can tell you its either of some cheap quality or expired. They will constantly push you to go for a higher package but trust me.. Paying more will be of no help. They are incompetent and the products they use is mostly expired. I have been to multiple salons but this the worst one I have ever had. The salon is dirty and they ask you open ur shoes outside.. They dont even give you any extra slippers. You are supposed to walk barefoot in their filthy salon. The beautician was incompetent and the whole experience wasnt relaxing at all. I was constantly telling her to apply more pressure and product but she gave a deaf ear to that. I am never going there and I advise other people to avoid that salon too.

It is well decorated and designed but needs well trained beauticians who know proper hair spa. They do hair spa in wrong way and do facial massage for short time than standard time. Its not that deserving quality as per the price.

I paid 2000 rupees for a facial of just 30 mins. It was done in a hurry. I was told they would use Loreals facial kit and later I found out they used Cheryls O2C2 kit. They justified saying that Cheryl is now owned by LOréal and hence they said LOréal.I wanted to do Lotus Insta Fair facial but that was not in stock.My experience was not good.They also dont have a proper service menu. For some services , they just mention the price range which is not at all clear.It was a complete wastage of my money. Will not visit again.

I wish if I could have given it no star. It’s absolutely HORRIBLE. I went there only for eyebrows & upper lips threading. I got it done by this lady named Ria. She plucked out a portion from the middle of my brow. It seemed like my brow was missing from the middle. Moreover, she did not bother to admit her fault & constantly kept on saying that the portion was already missing. The owner apologized but only in vain. I will NEVER recommend Eelana to anyone.you should think twice before going there/

Poor experience

Worst salon in Kolkata. They have absolutely no sense of makeup skills and most unprofessional approach. Went there for my wedding reception makeup which was done by the owner herself. They made me wait for more than an hour on that day and the owner talked on the phone the whole time while doing my makeup. She messed up the whole thing including the hair and eye makeup and tried to cover up by saying that it was supposed to be done that way only. They completely ruined my most memorable day and I cannot forgive them ever. I would strongly recommend NOT to visit this salon for even a smaller work because they will ruin that too.

I was their client for almost 1 year.And specially I was client of one of their employee named Ria.Its absolutely becoming a Horrible parlour.I went there for eyebrow and full arm waxing.Ive been going to the same salon and the same lady has been doing my brows for about 1 year. I have no idea what happened but she completlyyyy ruined my left brow and now theres a huge mismatch in my two eyebrows.Also my eyelid skin was bruised after threading.She has done it intentionally.I am very angry with her.Also I would like to mention,While doing waxing she was behaving very rudely with me.Putting too much hot wax on my arm and pulling it off with strip with all her body pressure on it.I got rashes and small small patches of burnt sign on my both arms.I have no idea what was going on in her mind? But I think she is not interested in her work any more.I told her that its hurting please dont do it like this.But she even didnt bother to listen to me and never admit her fault.And more thing she is not a good hairstylist.I m very sorry but I am very angry with her behaviour thats why I have to post it on Google reviews.The behaviour of other staff and owner is very nice and polite.But unfortunately as I was her client I feel very bad because of her behaviour from last two to three months.She has changed a lot.Sorry But from now onwards I will not recommend Eleana to anyone.I will never visit again Eleana specially for this lady Riya.Please dont do this kind of behaviour with another customer.😔

I went there for highlighting my hair and asked them the rate for keratin treatment once done with the highlights. The hair dresser confirmed me one amount but when I went back after 2 days for the treatment, she asked for a higher priced and few more things to add on. I I am very much disappointed withbthis servic. They had put me in trouble after damaging my hair and asking for more amount for the treatment.

Worst parlour in kolkata, i went to colour my hair. Clearly mentioned them that i want bit vibrant in brown shade. What they did is completely mishap. they did jet black colour to my hair. When they washed it off i was dead dissapointed, then they said it will be brown soon after few washes.. i came back. Afrer 2weeks i again went there and they again said this time you will exactly get what want. I did trust them by showing a picture that this is what i want.. another mishap. They again didnot take it seriously and only did it to the scalp part. After washing off my hair looked miscolour and very harsh.. and also after such things they took their full charge.I will not recommend it to anyone rather i request please dont go to this parlour.. very very unprofessional..
