It was about time I had a haircut since it was almost a year. I took an appointment over the phone. The lady was well aware of the pricing and the breakup of the taxes. She gave me the details and I was there at the parlour with my sister on time.The gateman greeted us warmly and so did Ravi, who did my haircut. He understood my needs and my hair quality. He took the initiative to give me suggestions for my hair and its management. I panicked at first seeing my haircut but soon I was in love with the new look given by Ravi. He was very patient and professional. This counts the most at any service store, i.e. the soft skill and the manners of the staff. Definitely going back for other services.

Very good service..i did Keratine treatment from Mr.Sahil.he did wonderful job.he also did a hair cut for me.again this is great.highly recomended.

I wanted short haircut and hairdresser did the behind cut perfect but messed my front style badly and chopped off a portion unevenly that its looking so odd now. I was so happy with the back cut but equally disappointed how I looked from front.

Normally I have a good experience with colors, but my last experience was a bit disheartening.. I visited then on the second day after they reopened after the lockdown. The charges were revised, which is acceptable, but the service quality had degraded, which is not acceptable.The haircut was not up to mark on the first attempt (something was wrong with cut at back of the head, not easy to understand) and I only found upon returning home. Luckily I live nearby so I was able to return within a short while. However the welcome wasnt great the second time. They were using disposable aprons, which I got a fresh one the first time, but the hairdresser insisted and used the already used one from the haircut he did before addressing my issue. Ironically, the hygiene practice that they followed at the time of a pandemic like Covid was defied by themselves. It makes me wonder how serious they might be about it in general.

Charging customer Rs. 100 for the disposable kit which costs Rs. 10-15 is OTT. Services are good.

If you choose this saloon for hair cut.. the. Its best option.. but any others services is not good.. the people are working over their they basically very professional and forced to take service in big amount.(suppose they get more incentive). And if you did anything in small amount they are not take care of you. The only think know how they earn money thats it.. not customer satisfaction. Basically if you are belongs from mediocre family.

All are not very trained professionals there. For a good haircut you have to instruct them that how they will cut your hair otherwise they can ruin your hair.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Cant really say much about other branches but this one is DEFINITELY A BIG TIME FRAUD! my total bill came to Rs.4325 and I gave the cashier the exact amount. But to my astonishment the lady said Rs.100 WAS FALLING SHORT. I thought there could be a counting mistake as I had given new Rs.100 notes.SHE PRETENDED TO RECOUNT IN FRONT OF ME and said that it was actually falling short, SO I GAVE HER ANOTHER Rs.100. AGAIN AFTER FEW MINS SHE SAID ANOTHER Rs. 100 IS FALLING SHORT. This time I was pretty sure THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG. *SHE HAD ACTUALLY HIDDEN AND WAS CONTINUOUSLY WRONGLY COUNTING THE AMOUNT * AND HAD ALREADY TAKEN EXTRA MONEY FROM ME. On confronting her all she could say was SORRY.SUCH BIG NAME AND SO DAMN DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE.Being utterly ridiculed I returned the products and just paid those frauds only for the services.I really RECOMMEND ANYONE WILLING TO GO, TO THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING.I seriously hope to receive atleast a reply from the concerned authority.

I would not recommend this place. Most of the staff are a bunch of liers. Cant arrange parking, appointment or common sense.

It provides decent service. Can get better with playing better music.

Charged a ridiculous amount of 13000 rs plus tax for hair smoothening and color. The color isnt what I picked and you can barely tell that its there. Smoothening is absolutely a waste. Just 1 week later my hair started curling and bending. One of the male staff members made me very uncomfortable.

I am an old customer of Colors, i usually do my haircuts there but this time on the suggestion of o e of the stylist, i went for a Keratin Treatment, they said the affect woukd stay for minimum 5 months,they charged me 5800 and within a weeks time i saw .y hair getting back to the normal texture, i visitex them to tell them about this but they took it casually. Did not expect this kind of service and attitude from them. Extremely disappointed.

This place opens at 10am but their timings on google seem to be 9am. I reached there in a cab only to be disappointed and wasting my time and energies.
