Room was dirty bathroom was more dirty kolkata people always spitting bann masala. Tub wasn’t clean there was someone else’s old dirty washcloth still hanging in the shower. Floor was beyond filthy. Ashes from previous guest still on nightstand I believe the only thing they did in the room was make the bedLeft as early as possible because we just wanted to get out of there because we couldn’t cancel unfortunately due to the fact we came all the way from (City) and by the time we saw the room it was too late to cancel. I even tried calling to get my money back which didn’t work. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.First night there was children running back and forth past the door until almost 1 in the morning. It was just horrible and more noises like cooking sound also more come.

Worst experience ever. Showed another room with ac and clean, neat and tidy room but gave us a different room with pathetic conditions everything was dirty bathroom was too small, even one person could not stand properly. I had to stay one night as I prepaid for one day but left it the next morning. Oyo was not responding to any of my complaints. They were taking side of the hotel owner. Never going to book any hotel rooms from you oyo.
