Worst experience ever. Picture didnt match. bed was broken. water not provided. plates not provided, mattress was very tough. Overall very bad. the location was also very difficult to find. the place was not so great.

Location was hard to find as there was no picture of the building provided. Caretaker was polite but the service he provided was really poor. Now coming to the room, there was no wardrobe, tv was there but no remote to control it, ac was not cooling at all, matress was constantly slipping off the bed. Now the service, no drinking water was provided, no soap or bodywash was provided and half of the bathroom amenities were broken. Although Security was maintained. Doesnt look the same as in the picture.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this place. Its 5 minutes walking distance from Shimla biryanis Ruby outlet. Room and bathroom were neat and clean, bed linens were clean and comfy. The caretakers were courteous and helpful to us. Privacy and security were top notch. Besides, they provided us glass water bottle which shows they truely take care of their guests. The only drawback is the place is not located accurately on google maps. Hence, it can be a bit difficult to find the place. But the problem can be easily solved by calling the caretaker. The location of this place makes commute to different parts of Kolkata easy and hassle-free . Overall we had a really pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place. would love to visit here again!
