Hotel is on good location but beside bangla liquer counter 😂when i was checking in they all were singing drink😂😂Now come to the room room is okok small no basin ,broken mirror bathroom was small no plates for eating foodOutside food was allowed i got the room for 1130 rupeesBed was small okokreception boy was goodTowel was dirtyOverall its just okIm attaching some photos below

Everything is fine. Rooms are good. Room servicing is good. The people working there are very nice & friendly.But apart from these positive sides, two negative sides are there ---1. There is a bar just beside the hotel mainly rickshawalas, vanwalas come there to buy liquor. Many times specially on holidays they come in bulk & do share abusive languages. I stayed on the hotel since my exam center was nearby. I couldnt bear those rough talks they were passing on sunday morning & had to close the windows.2. No permanent food service. They are providing the food from a nearby restaurant type. And its not stable. So dont expect food all the time. Even one day since they couldnt provide us food, they just sent us panir sabji without panir --- but maybe as time will pass they will get a permanent food service.So, to conclude --- those people working there are very very helpful. Just like brothers. But just because of the bad environment surrounding I will ask you to reconsider!

Pathetic customer care. I paid full amount for the stay of my guests, but they were denied access. According to the policy of the company , as stated to me by a customer care official, i was entitled to the full return of the amount , if contacted within 48 hours oi f checking out from another hotel arranged by oyo. The hotel was too far from the place of business and hence only augmented trauma and cost. I must say I did not expect unprofessional treatment to this extent.

1st- They not provide any plates, outside food allow hai but hotel wale plates nahi dega.2nd- subha 5 baze se he room ka current supply baar baar off kar dega taaki irritate ho kar jaldi check out kar le customer 😡3rd- set top box me koi v accha channel nahi hai. Sara faaltu or free chanels😡4th- Location bahut he faaltu hai, hotel ke just bagal me wine shop hai and anytime waha wine pine walo ka bhidd rahega😡Total mila ke ekdum faaltu hotel hai😡
