Hotels location is not at that good spot. But few stores are available distantly. Rooms are a bit average type. Lighting needs to be improved. But its good, spacious and airy. Staff behaviour was good and cooperative.

They have just now modified the rooms. The Place is good. The behaviour of the staff and services are also good. You will feel like your home. The only thing I am little disappointed with the food may be because of my taste. Overall it is a nice one. Please add more food items in your menu then I will give you 5 star

Clean and Spacious rooms. Location is elite. A very safe and covered two wheeler parking space is there.Staffs are quite gentle & polite. The hospitality is also good. The morning breakfast is also quite tasty. Not a bad place to accommodate yourself in Kolkata.

Stayed at far better places with lower prices. also at the time of check-out the staff wanted me to give the review then and there to ensure a good review.

Room Quality above average. Building and furniture appear to be old. One exceptional service about this hotel is complementary breakfast at morning. They normally start to deliver it from 8:00 am.. But on request they had served us at 6:45 am.. And breakfast quality is good.

A typical budget hotel.A crowdy location.Nice service.Good response and more safety.However, rooms can be still quite cleaner. And a change of mattress would do a lot of good.And more power point sockets around the bedside would do a lot of good for so many travellers.I love the food they gave me and the service.

What a joke. I showed up here after a flight and 1 hour on a local bus from Kolkata Intl airport only to find out THEY DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGNERS. So immediately the guy behind the counter starts saying, you didnt read the fine print. and I cut him off right there. Ive played this game before with Oyo in Hyderabad and I wasnt about to let this guy try and blame me for his hotels mistake. Ill be keeping an eye out to make sure this hotel adds their ridiculous policy to the website I booked off of to prevent this from happening again to other foreigners. Furthermore, this is somewhat of a scam going on as this has happened to me TWICE and both times the hotels refused refund until I contacted OYO on twitter. They graciously gave me a 95% refund. What a scam.Hotel reception is in an undergroung leaking parking garage that is in a slummy neighbourhood. Avoid.
