Hotel is decent one, stuff behaviour is good but the washrooms are not that much clean. In some of the room still using the old AC which works manually which is such a headache. Please try to improve these, otherwise overall good for one day stay.

Hotel location very good and familiar. This is my third booking and 1st time on go ibibo... Recommend to all visit this hotel if you come on Bhowanipore Kolkata. Manager and staff very friendly. Hotel charge little small high.

Hassle free check in. Sanitizers were kept at various points in the hotel. Room and washroom were clean. AC was working properly. The hotel staff was quite well behaved and mannered. The hotel is located quite close to Forum mall and other prominent touristy places in Kolkata with lots of eateries available in a radius if 500 mtrs. All in all it was a decent hotel offering a value for money experience. Though I would advise the hotel to get the electrical sockets repaired in room 202. One of them was broken and not functioning properly leaving only one workable socket in the entire room. Also, the cupboard handles were broken because of which it was very inconvenient trying to claw open the cupboard.

Stayed here for 2 Nights, even we booked a room for 3 people they alloted us a small room with almost no space for extra mattress, when asked the manager was very rude in explaining that Economy rooms are like that, this should have been explained in a nice way. Other than that the Washroom was not very clean and the pillows n mattress was very old. The door lock was almost broken. It was surely not a good experience, whether its a economy room or delux room we paid money and atleast rooms should be up to the mark, clean and worth spending money. I will not suggest anyone to stay here so book at your own risk!

Suit rooms are spacious. But furnishings and furniture needs refurbishment. Hot running water available in the shower but not in the wash basin. Towels were old but clean. Whole place needs a facelift.

We got a free upgrade to Super Deluxe room. The room was very spacious and suitable for long stay. We had to stay for 8 days and it was very comfortable. Washroom in the Super Deluxe room was also clean. AC and Television was in working condition. Wifi was the only thing that was missing. Overall it was a good stay.

Guys, rather stay on the streets but do not stay in this hotel. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Bugs and insects all over the bed. The rooms have not been cleaned in decades. Dust, dirt and spiderweb all over. The washroom was disgusting and unusable. AC and geaser does not work. The hotel smells like mass grave and corpse.

The Hotel Trimoorti located in paush area is well maintained property. surounding atmosphere is calm and peaceful. From hear park stree is around 10-15 by local bus. Rooms are neat and clean spacious with well bath feeting. Room service is fast. Manager and all other staff people are cooperative. Overall my experience and stay was fine. Familiar atmosphere as hotel being little away from the market place I liked most.

10 min drive from esplanade. 2 km from Kalighat temple and 5 mins walk from netaji bhavan metro station. 10 min walk to park street (Kolkatas posh market). Decent junk food and south indian eateries at walk distance from hotel(anuradha cafe, chetty, etc.) I had booked a suite room and it was extremely spacious for a family of four(2 adults, 2 kids) The only problem i felt with the hotel was that sofa and table were not wiped clean. Could see dirt on them.

The location was very good and well connected to all prime locations, viz. Victoria memorial/ alipore zoo/ museum/ new market.Service is good but slow. Restaurant doesnt have restaurant facility , but outside food is allowed and is delivered at your doorstep of hotel room. Tea and breakfast options (bread toast, bread omlette, Puri sabzi) available in house. Room service is slow due to lack of support staffs. You need to keep following up with manager for getting rooms cleaned or bathrooms cleaned. But rooms are spacious and have cupboard, wooden floor, nice room decor, geyser in bathroom.

The experience was amazing. The room was great. It is near to shopping malls like the Forum and the Brand Factory. Food is also available near the area. Also noticed that the hotel had a very good fire security system. The metro station is a bit far, about 20 minutes on foot. But you can catch a bus at almost anytime of the day from the bus stop, which is about 5 minutes on foot. The nearest attraction is Netaji Subhas Chandra Boses house.

Nice place, friend staff. Also they don’t know english much but still try to talk :)) room has smell when go outside but it’s ok bc can open window to smell out and less. In room everything is nice. Security safety. My bf has stayed in suite room for 2days while waiting for our room and he sAid a lot good about it so maybe if have next chance then i will choose suite room instead

Affordable, cheap rates rooms can be booked in this hotel. Although it is in some interior. Rooms are okay, there are some water issue in the bathroom like we get so many sand from the tap. There is no restuarant of this hotel. You may order lunch, dinner which will be delivered from some other tie up restuarant. And that restaurant is just opposite to that hotel. Overall a 2.5 star to be given to this.

The location of the hotel is great.Stayed in a super deluxe which is large in size. Hotel staff is excellent, very friendly, can also arrange food post 12 am. Easily accessible to the markets & eateries around. Excellent for single women business travellers.Onky drawback is too many mosquitoes because bathroom door is cracked from both corners, few bed bugs.

This hotel is located inside a residential area .All city centre tourist attractions are located within 2 Kms. The owner is very cordial and helpful. The service and front office manager gave good service. It does not have a lift not suitable for aged people. No toiletry kit was provided except soap. So take your own. The wifi service was very pathetic. The owner provided his own dongle to our room. Our room bathroom door was broken. Biggest disadvantage no restaurant and very limited breakfast option ( only sandwiches and poori ) .Hence book without breakfast many food joints nearby for wider choice.

Its your basic, utilitarian hotel, good for an overnight stay or two nights, at the most. The rooms are threadbare and not a lot of amenities offered, and the corridors were a bit noisy with students. But the beds are comfortable and the bathroom it fully functional and clean, which is all I ask for. All in all, agreeable stay, but not for a family and not for too long. Located in a good part of town, which if well connected by metro and bus, and has quite a nice night life too.

Staff good, courteous. Rooms big, though not luxorious, but all basic amenities provided. Location fantastic, Gariahat market,Triangular Park, Rashbehari Avenue,Chowringhee markets all close, thus very convenient.

Found bed bugs (blood sucking ones) in room. manager changed room. but found bugs again. changed room again and this time it was a safe room. Second star because manager was polite and accomodative. but serious hygiene questions. Hotel is suggested to do proper bug control.

I had a bad experience in that hotel. Hospitality of employee is very bad. No proper ventilation, rooms are smelling with bad odour and hygenicity is nil.

This is a review for the Hotel Trimoorti or Trimurti located at 24, Ray Street, kolkata, West Bengal 700020. We stayed there as a family of three, for four days in Oct 2014. I had contacted the hotel a few days before to make sure they understand we were arriving 4 hours before the check-in time and confirm if that is a problem. I got no response back. When we arrived, the hotel door was closed/locked. We had to make several calls to wake up the person handling the receptionist desk to come down, unlock and let us in. There was not a single staff around. When we moved all our luggage upstairs ourselves , the person gives us the news that there are no empty rooms available and that we have to wait 4 more hours until we could check in! After a 24 hour journey with a toddler this was beyond frustrating. This was just the check in day experience. I had paid extra and booked a suite, but later on I found the suite to be a farce and no different from the other rooms, except an added couch. The hotel has NO in-house restaurant or dining area for guests. The breakfast comes from OUTSIDE the hotel, from an undisclosed location with questionable packaging. The hot water kept having problems. The closets were dirty and the Internet connection kept having problems. The housekeeping never came the first couple of days. When asked, we were told we needed to leave the keys at the desk for the housekeeping. This was never communicated before. The worse part of all would be to find people flat out sleeping on the couch after hours. This is hardly a hotel, and more like a hostel. I will not recommend this hotel.

It is a very good hotel in the heart of kolkata in bhawanipore.The suite rooms are quite big & can easily accommodate 3 persons but the economy rooms are very small & is congested even for 2 persons. The only thing is that they dont have their own restaurant.
