Worst hotel ever I have been. Not recommended to seniors, no lifts, no hygenie. False publicity on booking and agoda.

Very bad experience. Booked via Agoda.com but hotel staff first denying about booking saying booking cancelled. After production of booking details room was alloted but the washroom was very small and that too uncleaned. There is no lift facility. Room tariffs are also high. Dont book this if you have other options.

Great place to stay. Cheap and clean. If you have embassy work, this is the best hotel and also within walking distance of many malls, resturant, tourist attractions etc.

Rooms are good. Has a very old school charm to. Rooms are awfully small the bathroom was even smaller. Linens could have been Cleaner.

Hotel nest international should have been on the main road and not in the inside lane , the rooms are quite Royal and big , the food is tasty and delicious.

If I could give this hotel a zero star rating I wouldve but google is kind enough to spare them the embarassment. The rooms have a weird smell. The way things look it seems that housekeeping does not exist in this hotel. The refrigerator was never cleared and there was some stale items in it which imparted a very coul smell to the room. There is also a problem with the a.c. , using the a.c. above 20 causes water to flow.

Stayed there for about 3 days and it was horrible. Rooms are small, Washrooms are even smaller , no proper room service and no eating options other than hotel .

One of the worst lodge in kolkata, receptionist person is such a lier dat u cant believe, say one thing in phone and when u arrive the word change without hesitating.

Complaints and consultations can be dealt with if you talk directly to the president. Other staff usually dont move. The room is good. The air conditioner is also solid. Shower is weak that hot water is weak, but it is acceptable range if it is hot Kolkata.There is a curfew and it is inconvenient that you can not open it until you call. The location is in a calm area and the area is quiet.
