Worst experience ever, I used to go there for getting my eyebrows done, although the service is not quite satisfying( always had to wait for minimum half an hour) still its the nearest one from my home, thats why I used to go there.Buy, today I called them, they told me to come at 7pm & when I went there, they told me that they cant provide me any service today & I should come on Monday again. As if I have nothing to do & my time has no value! They wasted my full day! & when I asked them, whats wrong, why they did it!? They didnt answered & adviced me to call the same number & ask the question.I do called the no again but nobody picked it up then & last but not the least, if you see the 199/- rs haircut offer of this salon on Nearby App, dont fall for it.When I visited the parlour, they told me that this on offer haircut only includes trimming & if I want any fansy cut, I have to pay extra 50-100rs, but when I asked the same question over call, they told me I can have any haircut but the offer isnt available untill Monday.. I dunno, who picks the call up & what kind of service is it! But, Im never gonna go to this parlour again.AS THE REPLAY TO YOUR FEEDBACK, I would like to tell you that yes, I have mentioned in the VERY FIRST LINE THAT I HAVE TAKEN THE SERVICE BEFORE.BUT, WHEN I CALLED YOU YESTERDAY, YOU NEVER TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, YOU TOLD ME THAT I CAN COME AFTER 7PM & I HAVE TO PAY 350rs FOR THE HAIRCUT, WHEN I WENT THERE IN THE EVENING, THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT NOOO, I HAD TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT & ITS NOT AVAILABLE UNTILL MONDAY, YES, YOUR REVIEWS ARE GOOD ONLINE & THE PARLOR IS NEAR FROM MY HOME, THATS WHY I DECIDED TO GO THERE BUT THE EXPERIENCE I GOT! WAS HEARTBREAKING & I DONT HAVE ANY PERSONAL ISSUE WITH YOUR PARLOR, ITS NEAR FROM MY HOME, THEN WHY WOULD I GIVE ANY NEGATIVE COMMENT IF NOTHING REALLY HAPPENED! YES, I DO HAVE THE RECORDINGS TOO WHERE THE LADY CONFIRMED ME TO COME AFTER 7PM, YOU WASTED MY TIME. ITS A RUSH TIME, IF YOU HAVE TOLD ME OVER PHONE THAT APPOINTMENTS ARENT AVAILABLE, I WOULD HAVE MANAGED IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This is a great salon. I got a wonderful facial and pedicure done. Theyve great offers at the moment. Definitely going there for the hair spa. ❤️

Only 2 staff is there, whenever I go there they alwz tell to visit after sometime. Plz increase your staff nd be professional.

Worst parlor experiance of my life.. !!!!I had a waxing done on my legs, there are numerious cuts and burns all over... Opted a manicure massage.. It was a horrible experiance , the massage led to my wrist inflamation...The most funny part is the entire services are given by set trainee beauticians.. Who are not even sure how to do a task...I think customer who is paying the amount for service is not a experiment forum / ginipic for trainees...
