They are very customer friendly, patiently answers queries. They will even keep you engaged with chat while you are getting pruned,so that youre not bored.My skin is sensitive, so I got little bit of reaction on skin, but that doesnt happen to people in general.

Well to start I m impressed with the behaviour of the staffs. To mention Arpan did a great job with my hair today. To mention apart from being professional he is also dedicated towards his clients… sumita is also great with her job. Next comes hygiene.. absolutely on point maintaining all the standard protocols… the most important thing I valued the most was that every staff valued their customers they were serving personally..

Just mind blowing service. I asked for Mr. Tufan Manna and even with the complicated hair situation I was in, he made my hair shine like a silk cloth. I will recommend him any time of the day.

I took the service 25thSep21.They provided the service and I paid my bill through card.Then they said they will send the bill to my email id.I came back.They never sent me the bill.I called them yesterday asking for bill.They gave me screenshot where half thing is showing.I again called them but nobody respond.My question is what is the reason for not giving the bill to the customer.why such unprofessional behaviour.Just ridiculous.

He styles my hair just the way I want taking into account all my expectations (which are often sky-high). A haircut by Tufan is always delightful as it fetches me loads of compliments.I get my hair color done at the salon too. I never fail to come up weird whims when it to haircolors. The bestest part of the stylists is that they never encourage anyone to push the safety limits while playing with colors.Recently I came up with the idea of coloring my haie even after continued application of henna for four consecutive months ... the color was wonderfully done by the stylist. However after a short span, I felt like loading some more hues to my hair. This time I brought up the issue with Ms. Indrani Das ... a situation that is absolutely absurd or maybe impossible. Well , Indrani dived into the situation and started her tricks with colours. I knew it was absolutely next to impossible to load four colors (making each color visible). When she finished her work, the result was sheer magic. She transformed my hair into a dramatic style. She proved her dexterity, patience and empathy.Lakme salon AJOYNAGAR is staffed with excellent stylists, each armed with unmatched skills. Whoever comes to Lakme Salon Ajoy nagar branch must get head massage by *Toofan*. I bet anyone can give such good massage in Kolkata.

Went there in Jan 2017 and had a decent haircut. Went back a year later to see that the management has changed and so have the stylists. They absolutely butchered my hair. Now I have crooked hairlines and an uneven fade. Avoid if you can.

No sense of managing long wet hair. Combing is really bad... Washing technique is too hard... I dont know how the brand like lakme can hire this kind of untrained cheap employees...
