Felt like they cheated me on my first visit with my wife . Their team was not experienced enough. Beware of the guy Tapas he will charge you Rs 1000 for laser cutting of skin warts . Never thought he will charge me for this. He was asking me to do continously thinking he is doing it as complimentary as my wife was doing her hair root touch up. I will never recommend this saloon as it is money minded and they didnt offer any bill for that .

Hearing reviews about Head Turners I went there for colour, I never did it before but so many people told me about them and finally I had it done yesterday. I got such a good hair colour, I had no idea about Colors and highlights but Tapas who was my stylist, recommended me which colours will go nice with my face cut and I also showed him a reference picture. The end result was beautiful, he gave me a brown-dark brown balayage and gold highlights along with blow dry and ironing it and everyone loves it now. I am surely coming here again, they really take good care of hair.

This is the best unisex salon Ive ever seen. The people here are highly professional and are very good. They maintain hygiene and sanitation which is very important during this time.

There was some bad experience in my first visit for hair color but when I told them Im not happy with my treatment the called me next day and make everything all right. This time hair expert Molly really handled my hair very professionally. She was really the best hair stylist have met so far.

I asked the barbar to do feather cut for me. He used his own idea to add some steps. And in order to bring my hair in shape, he used acute heat with a drier. My hair became fizzy after the first hair wash. My long straight hair is absolutely out of shape now. I would never recommend this place for a haircut with modern styling. Ya, if you want 90s fashion, then you may go.

I visited this parlour for the first time to get my wifes facial.But the experience was so bad.They are constantly trying to sell their products without any focus on their work.They have even charged a separate extra charge with the bill to provide covid kits.Compared to the price, their work is not professional at all.

But after I met with Tapas da, my fears were put at ease.Tapas da listened to my expectations and he made his recommendations as to what he saw and what he could do to improve my hair. He is very kind and never rude. All the other employees are also knowledgeable and extremely friendly.I went there for hair smoothening and keratin treatment. Hi friends,Please read this .The incident happened before durga puja.. I write in response of my experience as a client of Hand turners at barasat. Due to pujas make over me nd my sister went there but i must say they were jst hillarious. During the time of hair wash they lost my gold ear ring... after my hair wash suddenly i saw my left earring is missing.. when i told them.. they behave like its my fault... and the girl who lost my earring she go to home without saying sorry or anything.. they without showing any guiltiness told me that why i am warring earring during my hair wash. Why they dont tell me that before they washed my hair.. why they told it after the incident happen.. the manager of this parlour did not say anything to any one.. they all behave like its my fault.. I wrote this on the head turners review section. Then next day someone call me and say he is the owner of head turners.. He say he felt sorry for the incident ...he say he wants to make my lost earring so I have to come up with the another earring which he want for the same size ... we say okay.. He Call me so many time nd says delete my review nd write Something else.. After that I deleted this review and wrote about Mollys service which she did for me..after that I sent them my another earring and they received it.. .A few days later, when I called and asked about my earrings, he told me he want some time to make this .Then when I call again after a while he says the same thing..After that, whenever I call, he says the same thing, and even after that day, he still did not give me my earrings..The other earring i give them they didnt even give it to me.if he didnt give me my earring then I want to take another action..
