Waste of money. Its no more Jawed Habib Xpresso. Now its named only Hair Xpresso and run by a person no way attached to Jawed Habib. I had a simple straight haircut there and it was a disaster. The person is completely unprofessional and very bad at his job. No sanitization was done even! I absolutely reject the place.

Horrible haircut. Worst haircut in life. Cant go out of house. I am crying. The Lady is crazy how could she do this! Horrible please please take some action on her. Telling to the manager. Wish i could give a picture. Every one is laughing.

The lady has absolutely no experience in haircutting. She just ruins the hair and the customers get doomed. It is so horrible that one has to think of options to cover his/her head. My sister took a haircut from this place, she is in depression now. I am writing on behalf of her. Please never go here. Also, this is NOT HABIBS EXPRESSO. It is rather Express hair, Habibs has withdrawn their franchise from this parlour. Never ever go here!!!

Opens in the morning.Not aware the opening time.I guess must be 9 AM.Closes at 8 PM.Easily visible from the road.Has a nice seating arrangement.Barbers are good.This is an Xpreso, meaning no Chemical Acts on Hair are performed.Just Haircutting.They dont use the blade. They use scissors and trimmers.Overall I felt it is good.Cost me Rs.149 to get a Hair Trim.

Oct-2018They are all trainees, novices. Wait for another 7 or 8 months before letting them touch your hair. They are not confident in holding their tools(dryer, brushes, scissors, water sprayer),cannot set the hair post cutting and extremely uneasy around the chair in front of them. Both my husband and I had a haircut this evening. My trimming of two inches turned into an uneven blunt which meant a span of extra length chopped off because the lady couldnt cut it straight and my husband returned with a thick unnecessary lock over his forehead.We are never going back...

I had my haircut done from this expresso outlet and it costed around Rs.150/-...only haircut/hair coloring/hair straightening/beard trimming are done here....shampoo your hair beforehand...you can give it a try if you stay nearby...nothing extraordinary about this place that deserves a special mention...happy pampering yourselves :)

Behavior and customer interaction is very rude. Needs some service attitude. Most of the days they run short of stuff and denise any service due to short of staff , needs improvement.

Haircuts are really good, especially Kailash Da. However, the manager is, for the lack of a kinder word- horrible!Zero managerial skills and a soaring unprofessional behaviour. If not, easy 4-5 star.

They offer a prompt service with really price worthy haircut and hair styling.

It has become worse. Many staffs left especially Emran, he was very good. Now a lady a bit overweight staff got my haircut from her, extremely rude and very bad at haircut.

Terrible experience; the quality has worsened. There is a new lady called Piu this time who does not know which pair of scissors to use and also chops off peoples hair horribly short without even asking them. Never ever go there for a haircut.

Hair expresso concept is quiet scalable in a city like Kolkata. I had quiet comforting experience without burning my wallet. And dont forget to apply shampoo before going.

If you want to ruin your hair then visit this place . I have visited this place 4 times and not once did they give me a proper haircut.The people their cant even do the most sinple task i.e a hair trim.

My experience here was bad. One of the staffs, I guess he is the permanent staff, is extremely rude. I dont think I would ever revisit this place again.I dont think its that difficult to behave a bit politely.Of course this is one the best places to get your hair done. But the attitude of the person was extremely annoying.

I have been to this place for beard trimming and a rookie guy named Kailash addressed my requirment. The just did an awful job and killed the entire beard style and pattern. Plz avoid this place for any complex cut or trimming.

Its just horrible, staffs are asking how to cut, if everything customer will say , then whts their job, everybody is having different shape of faces so the cutting must be different, same cutting cant be done for everyone, but they are doing the same cutting for everyone , no matter what the age is, i observed four different ages of women to whom they did the same.They will keep on asking you cause at the end of the day if something goes wrong then the blaim should not come to them, and most surprisingly the solution they are giving to me is to grow my hair again then they will try again, people are mad or what ???? It proves they are not confident enough and the behaviour of the staff named Ali is very bad.
