I did waxing and it was not a good experience at all given the amount I paid

Got haircut done ... it felt like it was not worth it for the amount I paid. Even the cut wasnt done properly. Not happy with the service

My haircut and Balayage was done by Hair Stylist Rashid. They are maintaining good hygiene and taking all necessary measures during this pandemic situation. I had a great experience being there and and loved make over.

No aestheticians were even in the building 15 minutes after my appointment time. For the amount they charge, would expect the professionalism for the salon to be at least staffed at the time of a given appointment. Would really suggest against anyone going here.

I have been getting my hair straightened and styled by Iqbal at Club Salon New Alipore for the last few years and am fully satisfied with the experience. If one decides to go for any harsh chemical treatment on the hair like straightening or colouring, a good stylist is a must to prevent hair damage. I am lucky to have found Iqbal. Many thanks.

My facial experience was really good. Ms. Kakoli (who did my facial) was very professional and i definitely recommend her. My hair spa n hair cut experience was great as well. Mr. Rashid did the hair cut. It took him hardly 5mins to cut my hair rest was just blow dry. If you have some time in hand and want to treat yourself you can definitely go.

Very bad experience. did my hair straightening on 8th Oct from Club Salon Newalipore. till 7days hair looked good enough as result of straightening. but the more I am washing my hair every 2-3 days, more it is loosing its straightened look!! either the procedure they followed was not right, or the chemicals used were not good. now it has been not even 15 days my hair looks same as it looked before the straightening was done....dull, frizzy & curly with all folds & bends back to its previous form!!pls note...I have been using the loreal extenso shampoo, mask & serum at home.really unhappy this time!?

Great place...the bubble gum pedicure is v refreshing n stimulating..real pampering of feet. A must ...pocket pinch is ok if u r willing to spend for urself

Great ambiance & cordial staff, reasonably priced & value for money. For hair service Rashid & Pappu are the best. Kakoli does wonders for facials, Dipak is the finest makeup artist ever. Soni and Iqbal are good at their luxury hair wash services. It shall give you the best salon service experience in an extremely professional way.

Had a terrible experience with my hair almost burnt while doing a smart bond and no amount of remorse from anyone above all already spent 15k and was told to buy another product which would take care of my already damaged hair,absolutely horrible experience .if I would have stayed in Kolkata would have taken them to the consumer forum or sued them for the damage done
