Bonjour fellow foodies.So we bring upon a restaurant namely Ecstaseathat will attract the seafood lovers in the town. Well going to this place is very easy, situated at Kalighat address given below.Now coming to the food they were delicious. The mouthwatering dishes that were served in the table were superb. I personally loved the salmon burger which was the first thing I tried and it was magnificent. Also you can try Chocolate Churros and Smoked Squid Pizza. The service was quick so you do not have to wait much to fill your tummy. Honorary mention sanitization and hygiene are been looked with a great care. All in all it was a good experience.To sum up I must say that you all must visit here to taste the delicious sea foods which you all love.

After changing its menu from Chinese to Continental but keeping the main theme same i.e. Seafood based cuisines, this was my first try. Order one Smoked Octopus Pizza (perfectly thin crushed) and Italian Chicken Risotto. Both were really great. Specially I would highly recommend to try their pizzas. The staffs were also very good at recommendation while choosing dish with respect to individuals taste. Looking forward to visit again to try their other dishes.

Good place for seafood lover.It is located in a elite residential area with excellent connectivity in terms of transport. It appears that a garage space where two sedan cars can be comfortably accommodated, has been converted into an eatery with a kitchen behind. The Chinese dishes are good and portions are adequate. Cost for two persons comes to around Rs600/=. Recommend hot and sour chicken soup, mixed chow mien and dragon prawn.After a long time I got a taste of some real old Kolkata Chinese which I used to have in the late sixties. The special fried rice was just awesome as soon I got the aroma wafting to my nostrils. The Fish dish was also good but could have been better. The chicken dish was however very tasty.

The food is great. The taste is also very good. We had visited this place once it used to serve Chinese. Now the menu is more finger food. Though there are a few heavy options like paella, risotto, stroganoff etc.The behaviour of the staff was also great.Mind you this is not one of those fancy fine dines where youll expect some out of the world dishes.Having said that, the seating is pretty good and most importantly from these hidden gems what you expect is the quality.And quality is what you get served.We 2 had a stomach full at around 1.2kso you can consider the price to be pretty decent.Though it felt like the serving size could have been better. Cant complain though seeing the rise in prices. Hence the 4stars.

Visited this small restaurant yesterday (25th August, 2021) at around 4 pm. I found not a single customer inside apart from me. I was feeling hungry and looking for something to fill in. There was one person only to serve me or listen to me. He himself is taking care of the accounts and I found him preparing my food at the same time. I ordered a Chicken Wrap (Pocket Pinch Rs.130/-), so that I can gulp it as fast as possible and go out, since I was in a hurry under a very hectic schedule. The guy took a lot of time to serve me. But to my utter surprise, the presentation was nice and so was the quality of food. The wrap was soft, nicely baked and the fill in was equally good. The portion of soft chicken mixed with herbs and tingling souses gives me a feel good factor and I was happy.

This was my very first Visit to ecstasea its located at Southern Avn.Pricing for 2 is approx 600.They earlier use to serve Chinese but now they are serving Italian, Mexican & Sea Food, there has been a complete change of menu.Their ambience is simple yet cosy. Its a nice little place offset Sarat Bose Road, near Lake Road. The decor is okay, but on bland side. The chief attraction is the plethora of seafood related snacks and mains. The octopus, squid, tuna and prawn are all quite good. Cooked really well and isnt very heavy on uptake. The staff are polite and prompt, making the dish fresh. But number of staff is low, so a small amount of delay is inevitable.But, the food is worth it.The price within reasonable range and the amount is quite good.If the decor is made better and staff number increases, it can move up to 5 star rating.Overall, great for snacks, meetings, date or deliveries.Eager to visit again!

This plase is worth visiting. They offer exotic seafood at a very affordable price. The food items are quite unique and are not widely available in Kolkata. You should definitely try the Pan Fried Octopus and the Garlic Chilli Pork.

Ambience is good. Foods are awesome. Mainly we went there for octopus. Tried it first time and it was just awesome. We were 4 people visited there and we ordered sea food hakka noodles, schezwan octopus, teriyaki octopus, hunan fish, mixed fried rice, crispy chicken. And the bill was only 1300. Great thing is it was pocket friendly.

Recently, theyve reduced the quantity a little, which is okay as per market rates. But I still love this place. I recently tried the Red Seafood Rice which included fish, shrimps and squid. It was spicy and I paired it up with the non spicy, but mildly flavoured Hong Kong Squid. The chilli pork had sliced pork meat, and no fat, tossed with onions and chillies. Will be coming soon for more ❤

One of the best restaurants for sea food at a reasonable price situated in a prime location in South kolkata. Good and tasty food. Quantity is perfect. Even though its a very small joint, but the space hardly matters to those concentrating on just the food. For all those who would like to try sea food for the first time, could dine-in here.

Great decor with a nice and cozy atmosphere. The food is equally great. One of the best places to try exotic seafood dishes in the Deshapriya Park/Southern Avenue area. Locality is great and it is very easy to find the restaurant. Moreover, the owner of this place is really polite. Highly recommend their seafood dishes like honey chilli squid and if you wish to stick with non-seafood dishes, I highly recommend dishes Yakiteri Chicken and Roasted Chilli Pork. The price is amazing for the quantity they serve.

The sea food is exotic here and its also pocket friendly. We ordered green sea fried rice and it was filled with prawns, oysters and snails along with a honey chilli pork and believe me it was exotic. My other friends ordered some dish of octopus and that was also nice. Octopus meat is little crunchy in taste but its very nice and the taste was really really nice. You can get everything in around ₹300 per person if you are in a group. I suggest this restaurant as a must try as they offer such delicacies at such cost.Bang of bucks to be honest ♥️♥️
