The cafe is good. Most of the visitors order coffee and sandwiches. We went to have dinner. The taste of the sizzlers were great. However, post dinner had stomach upset. The tables for two is really small. Big enough to have evening coffee and gossip. Not big enough to have dinner. The service is not worth it!

We ordered Cappuccinos, Americano and Hot Chocolates which were quite nice. I had the Hot Chocolate which was really chocolatey and creamy and delicious! Then we ordered Barbeque Pizza and a Fish Sizzler (the name I dont remember). Those were really yummy too. Especially the fish, which was very tender and flavorful. The pizza too was thin and cheesy. Ambience was super nice and the staff were helpful. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely go back again.

A cozy cafe located on the groung floor of the CII Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence for Leadership, just beside City Centre Salt Lake. Though the menu is very limited, the food is just fantastic. There is also an assortment of confectionaries. The staff are very well trained and courteous.

All the food we ordered tasted like the best version, chicken sizzlers tasted like from heaven. Srvice was five star. Must visit place.

This Cafe is way too Costly compared to the Quality of food it serves, like when I went there along with my friends we ordered a Pizza Margherita and it was not at all upto the mark. Well apart from that the Ambience was good and the Service was Great !! We really enjoyed in here.

What a View from Large window, Environment is trendy, seats welcomes you, in one table 6 members can do meeting, very sophisticated place, no noise, love couple can easily meet here.i used to take cappuccino, which cost 105 / cup, they charge gst of 5% and service charge 7.5% extra, they have problem in printer , i inform them , but management does not bother about it, so you get a tax invoice with inappropriate printing , i will go again

Located at city centre this place offers dishes from Italian and continental cuisines.Starting from the ambience , the decor of the place is excellent and mimics a french cafe. Coming to the food we order crepe au do voin , green apple mojito, watermelon mojito. The taste of the food was lip smacking and the presentation was superb.Staff is courteous and polite. Overall a nice experience, would like to visit again.

A quite and soothing coffee place to hangout with your friend(s). Good coffee. Just that they make you wait a lot for the dishes you order.

I would have given this place 5stars if the coffee was up to the mark. The decor and the general vibe of the place is warm and cosy. The food is continental. I had Swiss crepes and an Italian broth which were wonderful. The caramel muffin was good on the tongue too. The coffee however was not good. The staff were attentive and polite.

Awesome environment and place with good food and soft drinks. This place is located in city centre 1. The environment and atmosphere is also awesome. The staff of this cafe are too much cooperative. The products quality is too much good and price is also ok. If you are visiting to city center 1 then must visit this cafe.

One of my most favourite places in Kolkata for a casual hangout (without liquor). Also this the place where I have been going since its official launch. So there is a bit of nostalgic preference also attached to this place. Having said that, the quality of food is extremely good and the staffs are very polite and courteous. So I often visit this place, even for dinner sometimes, with friends and family. Would strongly recommend this place to all of you!

Be it is an after office coffee or couple hours spending with a friend in evening, Afraa Creperie is the place to be in. Very good quality of food, and excellent hospitality of members of Afraa team will win your heart. Even if you want dedicated service, customized food over their pre-existing menu, they are ready to deliver it. Nice quite ambience for a dinner can also be considered. I personally prefer the restaurant for their excellent quality of food and courteous serving team. I always wonder, how they remember the choices of each customer even if you visit months after, it gives you a special personalized feeling.

Really worth place to eat. Marvelous taste at very reasonable rates. A perfect ambience and leisure to go with family and friends and have an awesome moment. I would specially recommend to have its sweet dishes, i.e., desserts and hot sweets etc..

The place is located within the salt lake - city centre visinity. If you go from the outer gate they have parking which is not chargeable. So call the staffs before u go. The food and ambiance was good. Overall experience 4 star, I felt variety of food and presentation could be improved so deducting one star

Its a Cafe .Awesome ambiance with good food. its a cozy place to hang out.Food I tried was Mushroom and Chicken cream Soup and Grilled Bhetki Sizzler .The prices are moderately high. Average cost for two around ₹1000. There was also Live Band playing.The services are quick.

I went there on weekend..Food was great.. I took a plate of barbecue chicken... surroundings was great too.. the serving staff was also well. A bit expensive but its ok.

Definitely a good place for a different food experience. They carry the brand name well. However the pricing in here a little bit more compared to quantity of food offered. And one more thing, the seats in the restaurant could have been little more comfortable.

Exorbitant price.. unprofessional attitude.. lack of hospitality ettiquetes.. not at all value for money.. we were 2 persons but i asked for a 4 seater table to feel comfortable as the 2 seater tables were extremely congested, but the waiter asked us be seated in 2 seater only inspite of very few customers.. the waiters who are serving did not know any table ettiquetes, they kept my knife on bare table while i was already using it.. i asked for another knife, still they kept it on the bare table.Extremely disappointed after checking the quality and the quantity of the food.. the quantity they serve is not worth the price, and quality wise i can say its tasteless..They add service charge without the consent of the customer and without even serving the food on the plate.. not sure what is the service charge for.. you dont even allow me my preferred seat.Ambience wise, lighting is darker than normal. Specially if the seats are at the corner, you can hardly see ur food.Overall, an average restaurant (without a brand name like afraa) serves with much more hospitality ettiquetes along with quality and appeasing food.

After almost three years visited this place. Dont know why I found the place had lost its charm. Asked for Darjeeling tea. The tea which I got in a pouch could as well be black grass or fallen leaves plucked from the lawn in front of the restaurant. No flavours, no aroma, no taste. Could as well ordered in the road side. Bengalis swear by their tea. Hope its nvr this type of tea that others are selling too.

It is located on the back side of city centre. Ordered pizza and jalapeno cheese poppers - pizza was great (5/5) and I have tasted better poppers (3/5)
