I went their for repairing of an old wristwatch. They are good in it, but take more than committed time. The showroom is iquipped with vast collection of new watches. Ambience is good and spacious. Sales persons are cordial and ready to help. Recommended.

I bought a FasTrack brand watch .but I have a big issue about the shop peoples behavior. specially one boy who doesnt care our words all time he was busy other work third class behavior .

Nice showroom. Floor space is big too. Huge collection. New arrivals are also available. Fast service. Staff behavior didnt seem good. Sales executive told that closing time near so that we have to make a choice fast. I am returning from the office so that I have reached near after 8pm. So she didnt give time to make a choice she was showing and packing it. I really need to buy one so that I finalized the one I am searching for. I was trying find something best. But it didnt happen. Just after I finalized one she went (ran away). Neither guided properly nor talked. Another guy was billing he was polite but he was also in a hurry. And my friend was there and I am going to gift him and he was watching another and staff came and snatched. She should have said sir please tell me I will show you and should have shown some. I really felt insulted and my friend was so angry he didnt want me to buy from there but still I bought. He just took it because I gifted him. Otherwise he have never bought that. And from now on he will never buy something from there.

Large store, somewhat decent collection. If you go there to buy something, you get attention. But the good things end there.Service:1. When Titan cannot repair some watch, they give the customer some gift voucher depending on the age and the original price of the watch. We gave some watch to this store for servicing, they sent it to Titan, and Titan sent some voucher back. This store refuses to hand over the voucher to the customer and forces them to buy another watch using the voucher from this shop only.2. Have changed batteries a few times from this store, some of the watches are stopping within a month. The staff are very reluctant when it comes to service.

Nice collection

I bought one Titan raga , one mens watch and a set of skinn perfumes(couple perfumes) from this outlet. They have a good collection of watches but in case of perfume I think its a bit less. Sales girls there are very customer friendly. They helped a lot.

Decent Collection.Floor space is good for accommodating many people to roam around and shop.Staff are friendly, knowledgable and courteous.Gift wrapping is available on request. They also host collection of perfumes by Titan. Only thing that seemed negative to me is that the place doesnt dazzle you, like few other Titan shops in Kolkata have the effect on you.Overall decent place to shop for watches and perfumes.

Excellent collection but after sales service is not atpar. They may not honour Titan Watches bought from other shops with valid cash memo and stamped warranty card and they may not show any reason for this. Behaviour of staffs are good.

Great collection for different price levels, Helpful staffs with very good behaviour

Not very satisfying experience at this place. Went to service my watch but they suggested go for exchange offer saying serviced watch might not last long. The box given along with the watch was horribly bad. Not a original one.

Place is good no doubt.. but collection over there is not that good, wide range is not available

Defective watch which I returned immediately after purchase due to the problem in belt which was unable to adjust in wrist.

In my opinion is better than the South City counterpart. Spacious store with good service and a pretty nice collection of mid range and high range watches.

I wish to share my last experience.On dated 8th July I was walking towords autostand to take auto for home. While passing by road slightly eye catching On offer displayed at store @flat 30% off. Whenever I entered in to store first of all good to see its collections.Then one lady staff Named Richa came near me to show varieties of watch as she was suffering a lot from her health issue,she was trying a lot to sell a watch to me without any irritation, Finally I purchased a watch . Really I was very happy also appreciate her marketing strategy.I have also planned to go their again.
